Terrible Customer Service and Communication
We were supposed to receive 6 dining chairs, 2 of which were rolling chairs and a dining room table on Christmas Eve. We only received 4 chairs. The delivery driver could not tell us anything so when we called the store they told us the table was in Seattle and the other 2 chairs were out of the country. Why would they not tell us that when they scheduled the delivery? We already got rid of our old table and chairs in preparation so we have had no table which is very inconvenient for the holidays. We asked the manager of the store to give us a call. Have not been contacted and it is now the 27th. We went by the store earlier today to see if we could get more information. We were told the table was in the queue for delivery within the next couple of weeks. I then asked about the other 2 chairs which it seemed like they didn’t really know it was part of the order. When they were finally able to locate then they said they were on a boat and wouldn’t be here until the end of February and wouldn’t be delivered until sometime in March. We asked to speak with the manager and they told us she was busy and would put in a request for her to call us. How ridiculous is that. We are paying customers and she didn’t have time to talk with us or couldn’t be bothered. We have not heard anything.The lack of communication through this whole situation is what is the most frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend doing business with this location. Maybe the other location is better, but I will not be buying anything else from them.
