I had a problem with Scarvas chosen delivery service (parcel force). I contacted them and a lovely lady called Teresa helped sort it out for me, and I am very grateful. Clearly every order made is valued, and they really care about their customers. I would definitely recommend shopping with them. 👍

I had great experiences. They moved very fast, I received the ordered glazes in one week, and only once it was a problem with the courier in my country but the Scarva people solved it immediately and were very responsive.

Registed on their website and received a 10% discount as a new customer. I was ordering a new Potters Wheel, Kiln and other items which came to a substantial amount. The 10% discount was applied when I entered the code at which point I spent a few days adding items to my basket ready to order.

However when I came to order the discount amount reduced to less than 3%. I emailed them and was told that the discount does not include wheels or kilns. This I questioned as it did not say that on my email and the discount code worked fine until I came to place the order. As a test I re-registed under a new email address and received the discount code email, however it now stated that it 'did not' include wheels and kilns.

My original code was valid for 30 days so should of course still apply and should be honoured. I had screen grabs of my order what showed the full. discount (as luckily I'd kept that window open) and a screen grab off my phone that showed the discrepancy.

Disappointingly they refused to do so and then they cleared my basket...I don't feel very VIP Scarva!
