They will promise you slots and will agree to anything you say during intial call just to convert you to their customer later on you will keep running behind him and he will just make you wait by stalling and then later will try to mint you for extra money through various ways like asking and blackmailing for premium slots.

I contacted Schengen Pathways after submitting an enquiry through Instagram regarding a Schengen visa application. Initially, the representative (Wahab) answered my questions regarding appointments, pricing and the application process.

Within approximately one hour of my last message, the representative became impatient and began making comments about my nationality. He stated that "Indians" waste his time, only gather free information, and even commented that "it's your country people" who create a bad image.

As a customer making a genuine enquiry, I found these remarks to be discriminatory, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Asking questions before deciding whether to purchase a service is normal consumer behaviour, especially when applying for a visa and sharing sensitive personal documents.

I have retained the full WhatsApp conversation and screenshots of the interaction. I hope management reviews how their prospects & customers are treated. No customer should be stereotyped or spoken to in this manner simply for asking questions before making a purchasing decision.

Irrespective of this bad experience I endured I appreciate the team manager (Alex) reaching out to me to apologise for his team mate’s unprofessional behaviour. He was empathetic and apologetic towards me and made sure prompt actions are made against the incident so it doesn’t happen again

I'll be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first because they seem fairly new. But after seeing the work they put together, I can confirm they're professional and clearly know what they're doing. Schengen Pathways helped me prepare everything for my Spain Schengen visa, sorted my documents, arranged the air ticket and insurance, wrote a solid cover letter, and updated my application form. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I'm submitting my documents tomorrow and will update this review once the visa comes through.
