ScholarshipOwl Opiniones

Customer service was quick, communicative and helpful!

Very easy to operate and highly successful!

I loved using scholarship owl, but even with the great quarterly payment plan, I just couldn't afford it. I was having trouble with my account, and Ena, from customer support, was so kind, helpful, and attentive while helping me. Ena's email responses were lightning- fast and super upbeat! Ena solved my issue in a heartbeat and made me feel at ease about my situation. My whole experience with scholarship owl has been amazing, especially because of Ena!

I was in a bit of a down hill and was stressed out about and issue. Ena from customer service was sooooo amazing and helped me out with a quick reply that made my day. Wish I could say thank you in person to Ena. She took all the stress away so thank you so much.

The structure of the webinar was great yet I had to leave early and watch the recording. Although I had issues looking back at it, I couldn’t pause the video or skip forward, it could be an issue with the website but I hope that gets fixed. Thanks

I was happy about how she tactically answered the question and she attended to everyone.

Supper easy and efficient. It proved me wrong when I thought it was pointless I ended up with a scholarship.

Easy to apply and find scholarships. I applied many scholarships and finally won one! It was exciting and made all the applications worth it as every bit helps. The process to accept was easy and the money was in my account in about 5 days!

It's a scam. They'll bait you with a free trial. Even if you cancel the free trial, they'll upgrade you to a premium subscription and per their policy, their first transaction is non refundable. It's a clear dark design pattern meant to get the first $29 payment from unsuspecting users.

SCAM charged $48 for a quarterly plan I didn’t sign up for, I set up a profile for an account but there was NO information saying I was signing up for a reoccurring charge! When trying to reverse the charge online there were so many pop ups and diversions, this is wrong and unethical on so many levels. BEWARE! There have been 5 complaints on BBB this month alone and they aren’t even registered!

Fast and courteous help on cancellation of my account

We accidentally created two accounts and they were able to cancel them and refund us as needed. We hope the scholarships available will be useful to our daughter.

Honestly, I didn’t believe it that much, but I decided to give it a try and I won a scholarship! You can do it too!!

ScholarshipOwl made the scholarship search process feel much more manageable. The platform is easy to navigate, and I appreciated having access to multiple opportunities in one place. Applying was simple and organized, which helped reduce some of the stress that can come with searching for financial support for school. Since I recently received a scholarship through the platform, I feel especially grateful for the opportunity and would recommend it to other students looking for an easier way to find scholarships.

Scholarship Owl makes their platform very easy to use.

Good customer service

I had a problem and I emailed the contact information that was listed on scholarship owl’s page and they emailed me quickly back. She was able to fix my problem and provide a solution promptly!

ScholarshipOwl makes applying for scholarships less time-consuming and stressful. I love how they send me emails on a regular basis with scholarshps that are directly catered to me, ones that I am eligible for. Once I was contacted that I won a scholarship, the whole process of accepting my scholarship was so easy, timely, and efficient. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have no idea how they got by debit card information, but I was charged $50 for no reason without my knowledge. Looking back, they sent one cryptic email that mentioned the trial at the end. I would not have engaged with this sketchy company if I'd known they'd take my money like this. Especially deceptive for them to charge quarterly for an allegedly "$15/mo" service.

EDIT: They did refund my money, only after trying to low-ball me with a 50% refund.

The webinar was very informative!
It was well organized to cover all the steps we need to take to make a college decision.Thank you for the checklist!
