I bought Turas 1 (An Dara hEagran), but it was not clear that there was a version that included the Textbook. When I realised the mistake , I emailed schoolbooks, but got no response. There was no option to buy the Textbook on it's own, so I ended up buying the textbook plus the "Leabhar agus Punann" that I had already bought. Also, I had to make multiple separate purchases (apart from the above) as books came back into stock, thus incurring additional delivery costs.

awful customer service. They are not contactable. Had placed an order and then returned books as had duplicates. No refund, no way of contacting them. live chat, email support non existent. On hold and then phone cuts off. A disgrace

Rapid dispatch and delivery. Book was in stock and arrived within 24 hours.

Absolutely terrific! I ordered my books, they were dispatched within an hour and at my door the next day! Only €4 to post, well packed, everything correct. Brilliant. Definitely the only people I'm ordering any school books from. Thank you.

Phone lines very busy but it was during second week of return to school other than that good service. I had the books within five days of ordering.

After sale care is shockingly bad. Trying to get in contact with customer care which is non-existent. No reply to emails nor WhatsApp and on hold 4 different times for 10 minutes each time.

complete lack of customer service when things don't go to plan.
I ordered 1 school book on 8th August, no delivery & no update since.
I have sent 3 emails requesting order cancelled and refunded, no response. I have tried the phone number countless times, never answered and always cuts off after 10 minutes on hold.
I tried web chat but no one available.
I will be raising a claim through my credit card company next if this order is not refunded

I tried to ring, email and contact you on on numerous occasions but to no avail. I'm still waiting for our other order.
