Schoolbooks.ie Opiniones

Would give zero if possible. A number of books never arrived even though paid for and confirmed in stock. No response to multiple emails asking for an update. No answer to numerous attempts to contact by phone. Each time being left on hold for over 10mins and then cut off. I’ve spent an absolute fortune over the years with these but the absence of any communication or customer service is a disgrace.

Dreadful. Charged me for 3 orders. I cancelled one, no refund and the second they said was delivered and was not. Never answer the phone and never answer to emails. Never again. Time wasters and zero service. Do not buy your school books from these people…

Absolutely fantastic service
. Super quick delivery,,,extra communications and good price. 5 stars from me even 6 +

I think this was the fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced in Ireland! 😊

I ordered school supplies for my son, and everything arrived incredibly quickly. I’d like to sincerely thank the Schoolbooks.ie team for their excellent service and help.

Really impressed with the speed, service, and overall experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really fast delivery always great service, highly recommend

Quick delivery. Easy to find books.

Very fast delivery.

A very easy to use site with a easy to choose from list, just type what you are looking for and what they have is displayed.

Ordering and payment is very easy and efficient.

Delivery is very quick through on post as a small order.

Easy to use website. Fast delivery

Books all in stock and super fast delivery!!

Very efficient service. Thank you

My order has been marked as delivered but it was not to my house. For five days I have called and never got through to even an answering machine. My emails have been ignored

Availability of books. Books slightly cheaper than my usual provider and postage half price. Very quick delivery. I will be back again.

Schoolbooks.ie is a great example of a bespoke online retailer using efficient automated ordering and delivery and tools to the point that humans are out of the loop so when it goes wrong don’t expect any response from the customer service. If you make a mistake and order the wrong thing, the wrong quantity or ship to the wrong delivery address don’t expect to be able to correct anything by contacting customer service. Emails are not answered promptly, WhatsApp appears to be nothing more than a sympathetic, apologetic bot and the phone rings until even the computer gets fed up, tells you they are really busy and hangs up on you.

Their catch-all customer service solution is, “use the refund and return” option.

Schoolbooks will be my last option in future.

Excellent service.
Quick delivery.
5 stars all the way .

Speedy enough delivery and all items arrived as described. Only reason I have deducted a star is because the delivery person left my package out on my doorstep in the rain - I waited at home for the delivery, and I picked the tracked express delivery option which was disappointing. Not necessarily your company's fault, but one of the suppliers that you use. Got better service from An Post from another schoolbook supplier recently, and that delivery was free and came the next day.

Ordered at 3pm and it came the next morning at 11am. Brilliant service

Always my favourite,I can find anything I need for my kids ,fast delivery as well

One of my books was missing and I have rang emailed etc and could not get through to anyone.

Always great, order for my kids every year. Always on time and great service. Cheaper than a lot of shops.
