Excellent product, speedy delivery. Would recommend this site.

Books not delivered - won’t answer calls or emails - ordered 27 July followed up severak times no reply

Terrible. As per other reviews, order placed 17 Aug and still not arrived first week September. Call and put on hold and then kicked off after about 10 mins, have tried maybe 8 times same every time. No response to email. Have cancelled order but who knows what will happen next. Have used previously and fine so really dissapointed and a kid in school with no books.

I have ordered my daughter books more than 15 days ago, I had two orders , second order delivered on time, but the first oder is not delivered yet, I I wrote an Email and tried to call, no one received the call, always call will be waiting ,after 5 to 10 min the phone will disconnect with a voice note , unfortunately no answer to the Email yet , please if you see this feedback ,please send our books or refund the money

Fast and easy delivery would recommend

School is back and still no sign of any of the books I ordered. I have emailed several times to enquire and then to try to cancel but to no avail. I have tried calling over and over again but just stay on hold and then get cut off. Really disappointing.

Books were in stock and I received them quickly. Only one issue… I ordered 2 books but only wanted 1 covered but didn’t have the option to choose so had to pay for both books to be covered.

delivered next day thank you that was fasr. ordered books on friday and had them saturday mirning

All good. Had the books I needed and they arrived quickly. Always use Schoolbooks.ie

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really impressed with this school book website! The delivery was incredibly fast. I ordered all the school books and stationery I needed, and everything arrived the very next day.
Everything was well packed, the ordering process was easy, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again! Highly recommended!

So, I get that all books are not delivered till all stock is in - so you have to wait for the final book to be there before full delivery is sent - but getting customer service to say that is painful. Don’t answer emails, calls or dms.
Calls are a joke - on hold over and over and then they hang up. Should be so much better.

Very fast delivery and the lunch boxes were much cheaper on your website.

Very fast delivery

Easy to order, fast delivery. Highly recommend.

Absolutely dreadful service. Books were ordered in June. At the time it said all were in stock. School has now started and still no sign of the books. 1 month ago I contacted them & removed 1 book from order as it wasnt in stock & was told others would be posted that week. Still waiting. No sigh of books. No response by customer service. They don't pick up their phones. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER

Very poor. We received wrong order, tried ringing them a few times and no answer and they never replied to my email. Stay away from this company, try a different one.

Nice range of products, easy to operate and order.
Great prices, fast dispatch and delivery.

Very prompt service, books as expected. Good quality wrapping used. Would highly recommend and order again

Great range of stock, good value for money and efficient delivery.
