My experience with Britannia has been nothing but excellent, the course is well structured and the support from the team has been incredible. Clare provided great feedback for how I can improve my work to take it to the next level. Their ability to adapt to my coaching background which I used extensively throughout my work was relieving as it was most specific to me.

The tutor support has been amazing on this, Shaz has been super understanding, attentive and no question is too much. The course lay out is easy to navigate and I would recommend it to anyone. Thankyou so

I have successfully completed my level 3 AET course with Britannia School and all I can say is how amazing the school has been with me. My tutor Ashley is so methodical and pointed me in the right direction with my coursework, to achieve the pass. I am 51 this year and being able to achieve a pass is a great feeling. Ashley is so approachable and helpful, I never felt pressured or overwhelmed at any point, and studying along side my day job as a driving instructor was a breeze.

Doing the L3 Award in education and training. The support tutor clare is fast to get back, and assessor Muhammad Arsalan provide comprehensive feedback. Self paced and accessible by a VLE on moodle, with an abundance f learning resources for the qualification. Would recommend, and I plan to move forward with the L4 certificate in education when I complete

I studied the Level 3 Award in Education and Training. It's completely online and at your own pace, with everything you need provided in Moodle. My tutor, Claire, was very helpful, giving advice and suggestions whenever I needed it. If you submit your assignment and it's not ready to pass, the tutor suggests amendments until you get there. I thought this was a really useful and sensitive approach. The assessor gave detailed feedback and it was all handled smoothly, quickly, and professionally. I would have no hesitation in doing another course with them. I waited until getting my certificate and being able to authenticate it before leaving this review.

I did the level 3 and I had a very good experience, both tutor and assessor were great, always responsive and supportive. Would recommend
Course was good to fit in around family life too

The process is very straight-forward once you get into it and the support I have had from Britannia (especially my tutor, Claire) has been fantastic and much appreciated.

I have completed my L5 in education and Training today. I have had Mia as my tutor and Arsalan as my assessor. They were such a helpful in every possible avenue to complete my course. They have always provided me a constructive feedback in very speedy manner which was very useful to me. Without forgetting Mr Tazz was another helpful staff in Britannia Education Group, as always helpful and even he has extended my course for a month to complete it. Overall, thank you so much to all team in Britannia Education Group. I strongly advice to others to enrol with Britannia Education Group if you are thinking of doing L5 DET course any other courses in near future.

Just completed a level 3 AET and it was really clear throughout the process. The website is clear and intuitive and is regularly updated. When I had any additional questions tutors were quick to respond on the chat function which was really helpful. The whole process was easy to fit in around my Job which made it feel a lot less stressful. I would recommend !!

I have recently competed my level 4 certificate in education and training with jakub as my tutor and arrsalan as my assessor. They have been so supportive and helpful. I have really learnt a lot from them.
I would like to thank them for helping through everything including my placement as my course was so complicated than what the standard courses would normally be. Due to my additional recognition of prior learning.They have been incredibly helpful and so supportive.
I look forward to completing my final placement for my level 4 lead iqa course with them in the next few weeks.
This is now my third course of 4 courses I have completed with them. They are absolutely awesome.

I have been doing CAVA with Britannia and have really appreciated the support from the amazing tutor, Maria. I found the materials easy to access and use. BEG Moodle is easy to navigate too. Very pleased. Bev

I have just completed my level 3 award in Education and Training. I was able to do it in my own time, with no pressure from Britannia, but I knew I could contact my Tutor Clare at any time and be supported with my learning journey.

The fact I could work on the course for a day or two then leave it for weeks due to life commitments was brilliant for life, not so for remembering where you are in the course, but it was laid out in such a way that it was possible to do in this way.

A good course, great team, and very well priced!

Awful service, website is hard to navigate and it always has issues where I submit my work.
The response is always it hasn't attached, even though I upload it and then submit it never goes through.
Tutors/markers of work tell you contradicting feedback that will literally be the opposite of what they just told you two weeks ago.
I will never use them again and I'd advise others to stay clear of this service.

My name is Suraya, and I am currently doing the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training course. I am nearly finished, and my experience has been very positive. From the beginning, I have received all the support and guidance I needed. My support tutor, Jofia, has been very supportive and understanding. At every step, she has given me kind support and encouragement.
From admission onwards, the team has been very professional, and everything has been well organised. I especially like “MOODLE,” where I can find all the information about assignments, guidance videos, templates, books, and useful websites. This has been really helpful for me as a busy mum while completing the course.I would like to thank everyone, and I would recommend “Britannia Education Group” to anyone who wants to do the course, especially those who have a busy schedule.
