I would recommend it 100%. From start to finish the level of support is great. Personally i don't have the time to spend hours upon hours studying due to having a full time job and 3 children so for me it was great i could work all in my own time at my own pace. My children can be very distracting and often i will forget where i am etc but my Tutor was there all the time to help and answer any questions i had.

The Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training course offered by Britannia Education Group was exceptionally comprehensive and detailed. I have absolutely no regrets about taking this course with Britannia Education Group. The resources supplied were highly beneficial and effective. At the same time, the assessments tested my intellect, as some of the tasks required brainstorming, which proved to be both demanding and engaging for me.

I particularly appreciated the work placement experience; the constructive feedback I received from both the theoretical and practical aspects was outstanding, as it highlighted the areas where I needed improvement and made me a better professional.

I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by my tutors, Zofia and Mohammed Arslan. They were incredibly supportive, responsive, patient, and courteous. Both instructors offered a great deal of encouragement during times when I felt overwhelmed. I could not have completed the course successfully without their unwavering support.

Amazing from start to finish. The registration process was quick and easy. The set out of the online portal is user friendly. Assignment marking is fairly quick and any amendments needed to get to pass stage are clearly highlighted to you. Friendly and approachable tutors too. All in all, a brilliant experience. Really quick and easy enrolment. Assignments are planned and grouped effectively together. Feedback on assignments has been prompt and helpful.

downside is no email is sent to your personal account when feedback is given so you have to check Moodle regularly

I had an incredible experience with the School of Academics while preparing for my Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (L5DET). The course was exceptionally well-organized, with clear materials and a supportive structure that made learning engaging and effective. Jakub and Arsalan were fantastic—Arsalan’s guidance as my assessor was always clear, encouraging, and motivating, helping me build confidence throughout the process. I’ve gained practical skills that I’m already applying in my teaching career. I highly recommend the L5DET program to all teachers looking to deepen their knowledge and enhance their expertise!

Good formulated course!

I had loads of questions today about the Level 3 Maths course and the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) — things like the course content, qualifications, and other details. Even though it was outside office hours, around 7 PM, Ayaz was kind enough to respond to me on WhatsApp. He answered all my questions quickly and in detail. Really appreciated his help!

I completed the L4 Information Advice & Guidance and want to say what a pleasure it was doing the course with Britannia. I was always kept informed of what I needed to do to complete the course and the feedback on assignments was fair and acted as a focal point to improve upon my academic writing skills. It is a shame that they do not do the L6 course as I would have stayed. A truly wonderful learning experience which has boosted my personal confidence in employment.

I have completed my Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training from Britannia School of Academics. I am pleased to say that my learning experience with them was amazing. I recently completed my Level 5 Teaching Diploma through this online university, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The course took me just over two years to complete, and the flexibility it offered was invaluable, allowing me to study at times that suited my personal and professional commitments.

I’d particularly like to thank Jahziel and especially Arsalan, who was incredibly helpful throughout. Arsalan was consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to queries, making a real difference to my learning journey.
