I had grate customer service very polite and understanding. How ever for the discounts I wasn't able to stack my signup discount and my military discount together. That is why I gave it a 4 star.

Love the grill, but ignitor failed!

Love the grill, but ignitor wire disconnected. So I have to light with a BBQ lighter. Thats when I noticed the unit is riveted together so I cannot pug it back in without voiding my warranty. Repairs with shipping would take over a month to repair. I use the grill daily and travel so keeping a big box around is not an option.

5% discount code is a lie

They offer a 5% discount for signing up to there spam messages and the discount code doesn't even work at checkout. Says "Discount code not valid for your purchase item", the item I purchased was literally a Schwank grill wtf??

How about just being honest about the order time frame? As far as I know this order will arrive at some point in 2025.... maybe. Thats a problem when your customers are paying +$1200 for a grill and we get a thanks for your money and radio silence.

The son who has everything including a Birthday 3 days before Christmas

Well I felt like something’s were misleading in their advertisements but it’s that time of year. I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone but my message was returned within Hours. I was disappointed that the grill was not available to ship out with in 48 hrs as indicated. I already made my purchase, I was offered a refund but I decided to pay extra for quick delivery. My son has a BDay on the 21 of December, so I was glad we could resolve the matter. I know he really wants this grill.

Amazing product

Amazing product. Restaurant quality steaks and so easy to use. But one of the most impressive things is the build quality and the ability to put all the cooking surfaces in the dishwasher. It comes apart and goes back together so easily. Perfectly engineered and wonderfully overbuilt.

Just buy it

Great grill. You can cook a steak in less than 5 minutes. It's pricey but worth every penny. Safer than a traditional grill that has the heating elements under the food because there less chance for flare ups.

Wonderful grill but not worth the stand package

Wonderful grill. Incredibly happy with the performance. However not so happy with the stand. I had believed it was a custom stand designed for the Schwank Grill. It’s an overpriced third party product. This should be more predominantly disclosed so other buyers don’t make this mistake. I could easily get a third party stand that would suit my purpose much better at a better price. Feel like I was cheated a bit on this as I only buy bundles like this if they are custom and designed for the core product. Anyways too late.

Left scrambling for a gift

My order had sat in 'processing' for over a week so I reached out to customer service for an update, as this was a Christmas gift and I wanted to confirm whether I needed to make alternate arrangements. I got a prompt response with the standard 'high volume of orders, we're working on it'. When I replied again to ask specifically if this order would be shipped/delivered in time for xmas, the response was "I’m not sure at this point if it will ship before Christmas. We're working as fast as we can". I would expect if a company who ran a holiday promotion for gifting, cannot fulfill orders in time for their product to be gifted for said Holiday, they would have communicated such so people weren't wasting their time (and money) and risking a hefty disappointment come Christmas morning. I'm now $$ and left scrambling for a plan B. Not the experience I was hoping for this holiday. Really disappointing.
Updated - while I appreciate the response to this review, a ‘free item’ (grill cover) was offered for the inconvenience, but was never actually included in the shipment once I received the grill 3 months later. Disappointment remains lol.

The product showed up in two boxes and…

The product showed up in two boxes and the video helps walk you throw each step of the way. It is a lot of pieces and you will want to have own hex style screw driver but the finish product was worth the assembly time. Took about 3 hours.
