Paid for my product at the end off march iv tried unsuccessfully to speak to anyone at the company via email watts app and phone line on website iv left 2 messages on answering service again no one has got back to me.. I missed my test witch was the 17 th of April it’s now the 20th and as of yet I have not received my order that I was told would have been posted on the 2nd of April .. I’m very disappointed and not very professional of the company.. I just want what iv paid for so I can do my test ..

I struggled to contact them form start, they finally reached out after I called, texted, and emailed. I waited these were days in between. I placed my order 4/1/26 for two day shipping. Here I am 4/17/26. I emailed them, called them, and messaged them I continue with no reply. There is no customer service and I think the whole business might be a con. And the only reason their product works so well according to reviews is they're fake reviews, or because you wait so long for the product you hair follicle cleans out itself by the time you receive the product. Best to avoid this company.

I have used this product several times and it works! It’s amazing stuff you will not fail! And the workers are amazing as well they helped me out so much!

I want to start by saying that the reviews you see on Reddit and online for this product are so obviously purchased or written by employees. I was one of the people who almost fell for it.

I followed the instructions exactly as written. There was one minor tweak in the order of steps that I made on my own, but that alone should not have caused the level of hair loss that I experienced. I have photos to prove it.

Not only did the product cause very serious hair damage, but I also did not pass my hair test. So I lost both ways.

They advertise a "money back guarantee," but do not be fooled. Even when you provide proof of a failed test, they will not refund you. Instead, they will find every possible way to place the blame on you, the buyer — calling your usage an "extreme minority" case, questioning your steps, and essentially telling you that you should be grateful their product even gave you a chance. They’ll call you impatient. The response I received was extremely condescending and dismissive. When I originally posted a review, they reached out and offered $100, and I deleted my review on trust pilot because I didn't want to negatively impact their business and thought they were making it right. The $100 was never sent. I regret deleting that review, which is why I'm posting this now.

If you are panicking and desperate, the way I was, please do not waste your money on this product. It does not work, and the damage it can cause is VERY real. I am an actual human being telling you this is a load of lies. Save your money, save your hair.

Found SciTOX after scouring the internet for ways to pass a hair test with only 7 days to prepare after 4+ years of daily use. He answered right away and continued to at all given times throughout the process, and was able to overnight me what I needed when my test was bumped up. I still am in disbelief I passed. I will continue to praise, use and recommend SciTOX to anyone in a similar situation. I can't thank them enough.

I was in full panic mode, I got a random and my company pulls hair. I managed to put it off until the following week with some lying and calling in. As a reflex I ordered the aloe rid shampoo, after reading dozens of reviews that sounded like ppls lives being ruined for smoking weed, i dug a little deeper into available products. Then I came across scitox on reditt, I was up for hours reading the reviews and I started to feel a little hopeful, at my job if you fail you’re fired, no way around it. I called the next day, it took a few attempts, and I was starting to wonder if it was real or not. Eventually I got ahold of Blake, and he patiently answered my 300 questions and assured me even though I was using currently and for the past several weeks I would be fine. I ordered the fastest shipping and waited, the next day I hadn’t received a shipping notice so I called back. Blake looked into it and found the Saturday date I had expected was now Monday. That wouldn’t work for me as I wasn’t sure when they would reschedule my test. He overnighted another kit that showed up that Saturday, I ended up with 5 days to do the full treatment before my test, and a couple months later, I’m still employed. Although he said I didn’t need the bleach step, the product lightened my hair dramatically…to where I needed a tint to make my color close to normal. But, I don’t care…IT WORKED!!! A word to the wise though, call and tell them your situation and let them recommend the kit you’ll need, don’t be an idiot and try to do it yourself. I love there customer service! They are a great company todo bussiness with . They are not lying when they say you will pass your tests!! They are 100% correct. I love this product and this company i would recommend them to anyone !! They changed me life for the better .

I had tried several other very expensive products to no avail, and my situation had life altering consequences. I found Scitox while searching for a viable solution to my problem. I called them up, got a personal one on one consultation on the phone so they could assess the best combination of their products to come up with a tailor made plan specifically for me and my needs to eliminate the toxins, and literally save my whole world for me. I had tested at extremely high levels above cut off, nearing 25,000 pg, and basically thought there was no solution, but there was. Scitox.. These products are legit, they really work, and have now worked several times for me. If you are facing a similar situation, I would highly recommend giving their friendly and very knowledgeable staff a call, so they can help you, just like they did me.
P.S. I tried Nailed It by hair razor and hair razor and it didn't work and they were talking trash about Scitox so beware. I am about to try the Scitox NailTOX and will update but with 100% certainty I place full trust in Scitox hair detox.

Can someone please tell me this works? My life and career is on the line and I cannot afford for this not to work. This is my only hope. Please let me know a REAL person!

This product is by far the **BEST** out there. I would give it a 10 if I could. I was a heavy opiate user everyday and then I got a surprised phone call that I had to go take a HF the following Monday( 3 days). Mind you this is on Thursday and Friday is 4th of July so everything is closed for holiday.so of course I’m freaking out because this could potentially risk my freedom. So if you can restrain from using anything as long as possible, I would highly recommend it. Don’t wait till the last minute like I did. We all know that abstinence is the best key, but unfortunately for me at the time, I didn’t have a choice. So just a little back story: I had bought the Total Tox before but I never got to test it because I was late to the lab and they were closed, so I’m still freaking out at this point because I “HAD” to pass this test ya know? I just didn’t see how it was going to get to me in time when Friday everything is closed and Saturday is the weekend but I went ahead and paid the $130 for next day delivery.
So, here is is Sat and I’m tracking it to see where it is because I still haven’t received it. I call the UPS people and they tell me it’s in a city about 40 mins away, but I can’t pick it up from that location because it doesn’t have any workers there. I’m like F@%K… I’m so screwed. The lady on the phone told me that it should be there Monday by 12PM, but I have to be at the testing place by 12PM 😩😩😩. But what can I do…
Fast forward to Monday morning…. It’s 10am and still no package so I’ve basically come to the conclusion that I just have to accept my fate. Well 10:04am I hear the UPS guy pull up… YAY!!! I run downstairs to the door grab the box and proceed to wash my hair. I’ve been texting the team members to make sure I’m doing everything right (by the way, they always answered all of my questions in a lightning speed manner) and got everything done with like 25 mins to get to the hair place. I advise that people with long hair def get the extra washes. As I did & still felt like I didn’t use enough. lol
Also get a good hair mask for afterwards because your hair will feel like straw. I used theirs and bought another one from Sally’s.
So now I go to the testing place and I’m still feeling like I didn’t leave enough in the time window for it to work effectively so I go and take the test anyways. Well the testing lady said it will take about a week to get the results back so of course I am sweating bullets this whole week. I had an appt with the people who asked for the test today which was exactly one week from the date I took the original test and those were the best words I have ever received when She told me it was NEGATIVE!! I passed!!!
Yall I had a loonngg come to Jesus talk and was so scared! I definitely recommend this product over anything else out there! Yes it’s a little pricey… but when you have nothing else to do, I really didn’t care about the price at that point. I didn’t even use the light. I just did the recommended washes, let them sit for like 10 mins, then repeated steps 1,2,&3 set for 5 mins, then 5,6,&7 the same. And then 1 more little washes of 6&7. I will tell everyone that gets themselves in a bind this is the BEST product out there!

Also my hair is long and blonde. Just thought I would throw that in if anyone is wondering. (Some research say that blonde hair is more effective but I’m not sure how accurate that is)

I am a repeat customer of Scitox and my 1st experience made me pass an Etg hair test. I purchased Greenout last week and the people never ended up testing me. So I can't say if it worked or not but I felt 100% confident that it would- I knew I was In good hands with this company. Will always choose Scitox if ever needed again.

Incredible. Some of the best money I’ve ever spent, and the ONLY scientifically backed hair cleansing product on the market. You can spend hundreds on bs methods you’ve heard someone say work, and still fail the test. Or you can use SCITOX, pass, and not worry about it.

This product done everything it promised - I was a heavy user and a everyday user and I passed - yes it’s a lot to doing your hair and it damaged mine but it is so worth it - I used the day before and still passed - so do yourself a favor and spend the money cause your going to pass- SciTOX is the only way to go…

I was a daily smoker for 5 years, from when I opened my eyes in the morning to when I go to sleep type. I stopped October of 2024, used their products, and passed a hair follicle test November 2024. It does damage your hair, but a small price to pay for peace of mind, and after a few haircuts and new hair grew in it was as healthy as before. 10/10

I’ve had two different successful hair follicle tests and I know another guy who passed after I told him about this product. I am a temporary type and he was heavy type. The key is to communicate clearly with the instructor if you speak to them, I recommend it. They will give you specific instructions for you personally, everyone is a little different. But this product is designed to go beyond what is needed to have successful results. If possible, I also recommend sending in a personal test prior to your test for the job or whatever. Just to be 110% sure you did everything right. I’m 3-3 so for! Worth every single penny for me.

I've been using this companies products for over a year now and they have worked so well for me that I have referred 10 or 15 of my industry associates to them and I get a little referral fee/discount. Everyone I referred to them also passed. Before I found them I was hopeless because I had tried the well known products on Google and they didn't work for me so I was very cynical and skeptical that something could actually work. Especially because I had also read things that said all hair detox products are a scam because there is no way to remove the metabolites from the inner hair shaft. The thing is I think that might actually be true in all cases, except Scitox seems to have cracked the code. So if you're reading this and are considering any other option or are thinking there's no way you can pass and are about to just give up- don't. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Now in regards to damage to hair I have to say that the first time I used it and did all the steps in 2 days. That changed the way my hair felt and left it dry for a couple weeks but not bad at all like I was kind of expecting. It went back to normal after that though.
It was somewhat irritating to my scalp the first time. The second time I used it I gave myself 3 days and it was a little better. This last time I took a week, took my time and didn't rush. Used conditioning products during the second half of the treatment. Wasn't harsh to my scalp at all except a little irritation from the stronger version of step 3 they included this time with the light pink tint and didn't damage my hair at all. They recommend using it over at least 3 days and I think that's fine and isn't bad on your scalp like 2 days but if you can give yourself a week then it's a breeze in my opinion.

Oh and by the way if you think their statistics and pass fail rates are too good to be true I can attest that there were 0 fails between my three tests and around 15 tests between associates of mine that test themselves for similar personal goals if you know what I mean so if that was a research study you could say about 20 out of 20 tests were passed. That leads me to believe that it truly is rare for someone to use a Scitox product and fail. So if after reading all these trustpilot reviews you still decide to buy something else you're not very intelligent. Either that or somehow you missed the negative reviews from the other companies and I don't know how you would because they're mostly negative reviews (or no reviews at all or fake paid for reviews on their websites.)

Scitox is the only way to go and I truly owe them credit for some of the success Im experiencing today.
