selling commercial shampoo at 100 plus then tell you to use random items to make up for it not being able to do anything . if you need laundry detergent then this shampoo is a fraud . product promoted by mass marketing of fake websites

So I ordered a 5-day clan from toxinrid. My daughter didn't start them till 2 weeks after us getting them. Upon her taking them she found out in one container that was three pills missing and a bunch of crushed up in the bottom like powder. The second container had six missing and the same thing broken up in the bottom light powder. Upon contacting the company they kept putting me off putting me off putting me off. They even blocked one of my emails that I sent them an email about their product and the issue I was having with it. Finally Becky sent me an email, I must say she is the worst customer service person I've ever dealt with and this is just your emails. Pretty much called me a liar and blame me for their screw up of their product. I'm just going to go ahead and let the bank, social media, the BBB and the Federal trade commission deal with this. Do not use this company they're a scam. They got me for $139 but that's Penny's compared to what they're going to pay once the legal team gets ahold of the Owner.

Awful customer service! Emailed with “Becky,” who is condescending and who managed to answer within a hour several times, but who magically ghosted me the moment I inquired about their “money back guarantee.” Egregiously poor customer service and products with terrible reviews everywhere. There is a reason for all the one-star reviews. These products take advantage of people feeling desperate and they know that, which is a particular brand of insidious that needs to be called out. Shipping is laughably expensive but, again, they’re exploiting desperate people. Stay far away.

This company is a huge scam! No matter what time of day you call the customer service line they are “closed“ and refuse to return a call. I received an email from “Becky“ who is the queen of customer no- service. Save your money! Spend it with a reputable company.

Don't waste your money on ALoe Toxin Rid hair detox shampoo and the macujo method and Zydot and Livity. Followed all directions and used for 3 weeks and many many washes. Burnt my scalp horribly. All for nothing. Wasted money, wasted time and burnt scalp. Also they do not honor their money back refund policy. I advise you to avoid this product and company at all costs.

Old Style Aloe Rid does not work for detoxing hair. Followed the instructions to a T. All of their website reviews have to be fake because there isn't a single negative one, it's impossible to leave one on their site, and their Amazon reviews average 2 stars. Shady. The only thing I've found that actually jdetoxes hair is SciTOX. With that being said it seems that their urine detoxes are a little better than the hair detox at least.

I bought the Original Aloe Toxin Rid Shampoo, it cost well over £300 including the import tax amd shipping. I also spent a tonne more money on the other products for their 'Macujo Method'..... I did everything to the dot, revised and followed the instructions perfectly. I even used bramd new towels, combs, shower caps every time to avoid cross contamination.

IT DIDN'T WORK AND I CAN'T GET A REFUND.

ToxinRid has HORRIBLE customer service. They offer expedited shipping (very expensive) and we paid for it. The items were NOT delivered on time and were so late we could not use the product. ToxinRid's response to us was 'Too bad - stuff happens'. (I have this in writing, by the way). And after we repeatedly requested refunds for the expedited shipping we did not receive they still have not refunded the money.
Their treatment of us as customers was nothing short of abysmal.

Purchased the 10 day detox for $189, completed my cleanse step by step to the T. Took my home test and failed. Went to a lab and paid $55 to get tested because that’s what is needed for your 100% satisfaction guarantee refund. At the same time contacted Toxinrid to make sure everything I was sending in for my refund was correct. At that time they offered me 50% off a second 10 day flush and I figured maybe my system was overloaded and needed another kit. Was just trying to get clean as fast as possible. Finished that kit and yes I was clean but that’s after 25 days including shipping time. I probably would have been clean without wasting the first $189 and the second $95 kit. So now that my system is clean I order the hair treatment. Needed a hair follicle test for the job I wanted. Spent 10 days making sure I used enough of the product to get my hair clean, oh and spent another $259 on that. Followed it step by step and went and got my own test done. Again, failed. Spent $600 on products from these people for nothing. Not to mention anytime you contact them with a question they make it sound like their instructions are clearly posted, they aren’t! They have a video on their website with the procedure to cleanse your hair which I did for 3 days and when I contacted them they said they don’t recommend that procedure! Why is it in your website then?!!!! Now I contact them about my refund to at least get the $189 back and they tell me I didn’t send in the right paperwork! I sent in everything exactly the way the instructions say!!! This company is a scam! You can buy the same exact products on eBay or Amazon for half the price. I went with them because I thought they would be more professional and have exact answers. They are clueless and do not want to help. My system is clean just based on the time I had to deal with this company not because of their products. If you buy this stuff buy it from somewhere else. And make sure you get your own test done before having an employer do your test.
