I really appreciate the environmental ethos of Scoon. It’s time saving for me to be able to shop in the one place for different items I need for my whole family (kids brands too) where I can feel confident the team has selected brands with the same values. The team have also shown care for detail adding personalised notes to orders which feels more human and personal. Once I ordered twice in the same week due to omitting an item I needed and they even realised it was going to the same address and included the item with the other order all in one parcel. That attention to detail is rare and very appreciated both for the impact on the environment and also it displays an attitude of care from the company. Great company overall!

Very late delivery (over 20 days), even without a message from scoon, had to email myself and received at first no response.

I order sneakers and they arrived in ecofriendly packaging, which is absolutely great! I also loved the look and feel of what I ordered, the only thing is that it was on pre-order and that could have been stated more clearly. However, once it was shipped I received very clear updates on when to expect them, so all in all I am very satisfied with the communication and the ordered product.

Na de vele positieve reviews bestelde ik bij deze voor mij onbekende webshop. Helaas was het bestelde product te groot. Super jammer maar retourneren zou simpel zijn. Gewoon een mailtje sturen en vragen om een retourlabel. De mail met die vraag werd automatisch beantwoord maar na vier dagen nog steeds geen reactie. De chatfunctie op de website stond wel aan maar daar bleef een reactie ook volledig uit. Uiteindelijk, na nog meer mails van mijn kant, kreeg ik een vriendelijke reactie dat ik bovenaan het lijstje stond. Retourlabel heb ik inderdaad ontvangen maar nu ligt mijn retourzending al bijna week op een afhaalpunt waar het niet werd opgehaald. Over een dag komt het dus gewoon weer retour mijn kant op. Ik ben nu twee weken bezig om iets retour te zenden en kom totaal niet in contact met de klantenservice die in de reviews zo geroemd wordt. Als de bestelling inderdaad retour komt heb ik geen idee wat ik moet doen. Ik heb weinig vertrouwen dat er gereageerd wordt. Helaas is dat dan ook de enige reden van deze negatieve review: ik wil heel snel contact met de klantenservice. Misschien helpt dit. Zo jammer.
