Uitgebreid aanbod en uitstekende service.
Ik ben erg tevreden met de producten en service van deze webshop. Ze hebben een hele fijne selectie van veel verschillende duurzame merken, prachtig! Ik heb verschillende producten besteld die via verschillende leveranciers geleverd werden, zoals van tevoren op de site vermeld. De communicatie hierover was duidelijk en overzichtelijk, voor elk pakket kreeg ik netjes een verzend update. Ik kreeg zelfs een extraatje omdat een artikel een dag later kwam. Voor de 2 artikelen die ik retourneerde kreeg ik via de mail 2 aparte retour en verzend labels. Ik hoefde hiervoor geen verzendkosten te betalen. De retouren waren snel verwerkt en aankoopbedrag direct teruggestort. De communicatie met de klantenservice verliep erg snel en vriendelijk. Ik zou hier zeker opnieuw bestellen!
