It was ordered on Saturday and our courier and warehouse do not operate over the weekend therefore your order would have been dispatched on Monday however you right in saying it took longer than our normal service of next working day delivery which we apologise for.

I didn't expect such a fast delivery
I didn't expect such a fast delivery. So I missed the man. All I had to do was make a phone call and the scooter was delivered the next day. Excellent service. This is a Christmas gift, we won't know how good it is till then. This is the kind of experience that makes me come back.

Wrongly advertised
Brought a scooter cover. Supposedly fits on the handle bar in pictures. When arrived no clear instructions how to roll it so it does. No way it fits on handle Bars.

Excellent! Easy transaction. Speedy delivery. Great scooter. Straight forward to use. Was a bit concerned it may be a bit too fast / complex for our year old however she’s picked it up no problem. The chunky tyres and sturdy frame makes it feel very stable compared to a standard push along scooter. Highly recommend.

Item was delayed by scooter hub and they didn’t tell me of the delay
I cancelled my order and reclaimed the money through PayPal. No scooter was delivered to me by them so their information is incorrect.
To add to this my refund that was promised was cancelled by scooter hub, they didn’t return my email. I opened another case and finally got my money back some 18 days later. Poor show, wouldn’t use them again!
