Scottieproducts provides good customer service and the products are generally as described, with prompt delivery and well-packaged items. The website is easy to navigate and the company responds quickly to inquiries. While the products are solid and reasonably priced, there are some issues, such as sharp edges on the UV lamp, which require personal adjustments. Overall, the experience is decent, with room for improvement.
