Prompt ,friendly and efficient ordering process. I bought the solid shampoo and conditioner to take on holiday. Not used yet but smell gorgeous. I also bought the vacuum discs . It made my room smell lovely. Quite snal so I had to check I hadn't thrown it away when I emptied it. Pleased with my purchases.

I purchased the peppermint shampoo bar and conditioner and wooden boxes. They are good so far. I also bought the set of 10 reed diffusers not tried them yet but fab way to give you the chance to try before you buy. And I got Ambar Zen Air & Fabric Spray – Amber & Cedar it's amazing. Love it will be ordering it again. Plus I get a diary every year for myself and my future daughter-in-law we both love all it's fab features.

I was sent the completely wrong item ! And no one replying back to me if I wanted avesi I would if gone too savers !!.rather than inform me that it was not in stock or offer a refund just sent a random product out no good

What a fantastic company .Some of the products were not in stock that I ordered and instead of a quick email the company rang me to give options .I opted to wait for said products to be back in stock .I received them earlier than originally thought so they must have sent my order immediately as soon as restocked.They also sent me a stunning journal as a freebie.I first brought off them from a market stall many years ago and now look at them ,very well deserved .I wish I could give a extra 5 stars for customer service.

I’ve followed Scousebird for years. Shopped here for a few. Nothings ever been a disappointment. The products are epic, the service exceptional, postage free and eco packaging and it’s shopping small and local.

Ordered previously. Always been happy with products whether it be diaries, Spanish cleaning products, wax melts, mystery box etc. this order was diary and hoover discs. Love the smell of the hoover discs, have ordered diaries previously this year, I ordered very late, but worth the wait. Great service from ordering to quick delivery Would recommend.
