It’s a rare and genuinely pleasant experience these days to find a company that under‑promises and over‑delivers. The quality of the finished work was impeccable, with a surface that was completely indistinguishable from the original.
This was no straightforward job either – three combi‑oven doors that were not only scratched, but also had heavily ingrained limescale which had further compromised the surface. Despite this curveball, the end result was outstanding. I would not and do not hesitate to recommend them.

The team were on time and explained what they were going to do. We had six patio door panels that were scratched from our large dog wanting to come in and didn’t won’t to wait any longer.
The team worked continually and cleared up when they finished.

I used Chicago Glass for the first time around 10 years ago to repair a large glass sliding door that a window cleaner and drawn deep tram lines into with a metal roof ladder. I was convinced I would see at least a distortion in the glass if not a large mark where it was repaired - but no. Awesome.

Since then I have used them 3 times to repair and clean up a black glass Cattalan Italia dining table. Always a great job. Comes up like new. And allows me to not to have to cover the table all the time. The guys really know their stuff.

Kris briefed us on the process to remove and polish the scratch on the glass. He was very efficient informative and friendly. And also very tidy!

Excellent service every time, we have used Chicago Glass numerous times over the last couple of years, we have found this to be much more cost effective then replacing large glass panes. They are very professional and their work is impeccable, even the largest of scratches they have managed to polish out, you would never know the glass was previously scratched or had been repaired. Highly recommend!

Surpassed my expection - i had some very difficult scuffs and scratches to remove from an internal glass door - The operative from Chicago glass spent time carefully attending to each and now the glass looks like new

I recently needed a few chips on an designer glass top table to be repaired. The repairman arrived on time, was professional, experienced and friendly. Before starting he took the time assess the damage and to explain exactly what he was going to do. He worked in a very focused and methodical manner achieving a very impressive result. We had graffiti that had acid burned into our glass and we then had various glass panes where vandals had deep scratched tag names into them. Being a reputable organisation on a very main road we had to get rid of this. We tried various other companies and none found a solution then we came across Chicago Glass...
The engineer that attended was uber professional and polite. He done the job in a good amount of time but the end result is what we are most pleased with. The glass looks like there was no graffiti on them and the problem which has been a thorn in the side for the last 6 months or so has now been resolved. Thank you Chicago glass! I would definitely recommend this company to any other business that has the same issues we did.

Excellent communication from start to finish, Able to work around time constraints and completed the job to an excellent standard. Nothing but professional throughout the whole process and we will not hesitate to use their services again on any of our other properties.

When booked thought a little expensive but I wanted the glass scratch gone - have to say very pleased - excellent job done with great care and very clean - so at the end of the day very happy and you get what you pay for excellence.

I needed to have some windows etched with a Kitemark in order to complete a building sign off with the council.
Chicago Glass were amazing to deal with , very easy ordering process. Arrived onsite at the given time and completed the etching without any fuss .
Excellent service and will certainly use them again .
