The order turned up on time but I ordered 40 coach bolts and nuts but when I opened the package only the bolts were inside! Have emailed the company but as yet have had no response.

Customer service was excellent

Parts are excellent quality and dimensionally accurate. Screw-Express has a very good website for finding product and excellent depth of product offerings. Shipping took significantly longer than expected even though I paid extra for expedited delivery. Although to be fair, this was more of an issue with my local delivery service which was out of direct control of Screw-Express.

The listings are very confusing, and I ordered the incorrect size as a result. And I asked to return the goods with no response for over a week. Product is fine if listed poorly. But the lack of response is not great. Although you have requested a review multiple times, you have not organised the return.

Prompt delivery goods well packaged and full tracking information for the parcel, what more could I ask for.

Very quick delivery and plenty of communication.

This is the second order I placed, the first one was short, someone could not count!
But this second order was first class, prompt and at a good price.

I haven't received my product

No tracking info. No package received. No invoice, though I paid with Mastercard. No response to my customer service question.

They don't understand that in the UK "express" means next day, (think what Screwfix would do!) my stuff took over a week.
Fraudulent to use the UK flag in the website when they don't have UK stock and ineviatble snail like delivery from France takes ages.

I have not received my parcel ordered about 3 weeks ago…. But my card has been charged!

Having had to finally collected my parcel from GLS depot myself, I find that one part of the order is not as requested . I wrote asking for the missing parts, but they don’t reply. A disaster from start to finish

My order went well. They have special screws that the stores don't have.
