Avoid at all costs – no one answers, no action taken

One of the worst managing agents I’ve ever had to deal with EVER!! STAY CLEAR. Nobody answers the phone, emails are ignored for days, and when you finally get a reply it’s a generic copy-and-paste message telling you to “log it on the portal” even in the middle of an active leak causing real damage.

The company operates out of a PO Box, there is no proper office, and the service is entirely unprofessional. Zero urgency, zero responsibility. If you value your property, avoid this outfit. Disgraceful.

From property viewing to move-in, the Sdplets team was fantastic. Polite, informative, and supportive every step of the way. Their attention to detail and communication stood out. Highly recommended!

By far the rudest lettings agency I have ever spoken with. I had the displeasure of speaking with an extremely rude man on the phone for literally 1 minute. I was asking whether a property was available and he was extremely rude, continuously interrupted me whilst I was speaking and then proceeded to put the phone down on me whilst I was mid sentence. He wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and obviously had a bad day at work and was taking his anger out on me.

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but this experience was something else.

This is in response to your reply to this trustpilot review highlighting that my review is fake. This says a lot about the way you run your company. Instead of learning how to speak to potential clients and learning how to develop as a business, you just call out my review as fake. Go back onto your call log and see the call conducted on 19th August at 15:36. I suggest you have strong words with the man who was picking up the phone calls.

They seem to be trustworthy.

SDP Lets were very attentive agents during our two-year tenancy. They always communicated well to arrange visits to the property and had very quick same-day response via text or email. Shweta was very helpful over the phone and emails. There were some plumbing, electrical and kitchen issues with the property and where the fixes offered weren't always ideal or professional, they did get us through the year. A first time tenancy for me and it was a decent experience with a letting agency.

Shweta was very responsive to emails and helpful, we did have a couple of (normal) issues that were sorted and responded to quickly. A good experience with a fair letting agency, which is rare!
