Unfinished job caused major financial loss
I am writing this review because my repeated requests for a partial refund for incomplete work have been completely ignored.
I agreed to pay £975 for the installation of two Japanese head spa beds and paid a £487 deposit after being assured of experience and professionalism. On the day of the job he left his apprentice unsupervised for most of the time. When we returned there had been a major flood.
He was supposed to return the following day to finish the work but did not show up and made no contact. We had clients booked two days later and were forced to cancel appointments losing over £1,000 in revenue. With the job nowhere near complete we had no choice but to urgently hire another plumber and pay again to get the work finished.
Several promises were not delivered including a so called quiet pump that is extremely loud, pipework that was meant to be run through the ceiling, and completed paperwork. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly I have been ignored.
This situation caused serious financial loss and disruption to our business. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would strongly advise avoiding.

Amazing experience!
I had London's property solutions out to my property last January, I have been meaning to leave a review for some time. I would just like to say how thankful I am for how the job has come out. After a very stressful time trying to deal with dodgy tradesmen previously, London's property solutions came to help and got the job done to a great spec. They continued from other trades works and still put a guarantee in place, i am so happy with the service I received and will be using them in the future for sure :)

Great service - reliable & fast
We needed to get a new kitchen tap fitted so used Check a Trade to source a plumber. Jordan of London Property Solutions was one of the first to contact me (on a Sunday). He was very polite and was able to visit us the next day. He kept in touch really well so we knew exactly when to expect him. His price was good compared to the other quote I’d received and even better, we had a 20% discount for being a new customer. So good to find someone who’s reliable and does what he promises!

Bathroom leak
Jordan was excellent at locating and fixing a leak in my bathroom. He was very quick to respond and extremely helpful and flexible. Due to the location of the leak, it was difficult to access, so we have a remove the shower and replace with a new unit. Jordan was very tidy and caused as little disruption as possible and offered excellent advice regarding a potential future refurb.

Exceptional
Jordan and his team went above and beyond for our flat renovation: they re-fit our entire bathroom, repainted throughout the property, did countless 'odd-jobs' and even created some stunning bespoke carpentry - all within 2.5 weeks. We have never known builders to work so hard. Every member of the team was so polite, efficient and they always left the property tidy at the end of each day. The quality of the work is excellent and we couldn't be happier with how everything has turned out. We feel so grateful to Jordan and his team - they really looked after us and we could not recommend them more highly!

Reliable conscientious company
Jordan who owns this company really cares about his clients and growing his business so by default is only doing the best quality work he possibly can to fit your budget. He responds very quickly to a problem that can occur especially in rentals and solves it as quickly as he can!
London property solutions have just redone my shower and surrounding area plus tiling / repointed wall in kitchen - plastered and wallpapered/ filled and painted all external windows/ changed my sanifow unit on the guest loo/ and changed the fan in the boiler.
Def give this company a chance to quote and deliver and build a relationship.

Replace Taps But Couldn't Fix Leak Caused
Jordan replaced the taps but I had to call Pimlico Plumbers to fix the leak which Jordan admitted had been caused by his own work. He was very courteous, called to let me know he was going to be late, returned and tried really hard to put the problem right - but he couldn't. The taps are fine but the leak which went into my downstairs neighbours' property was not. When I outlined the problems and the solutions given by Pimlico Plumbers in an email to LPS, I received a cheery 'Hope you're well!' in reply. So LPS haven't learned from their mistakes. Also, I had problems paying: with all three payment methods! Eventually they emailed me a company name which did not work when I tried to pay by bank transfer. I had to jiggle about and try different ways of writing it. I do not like to write negative reviews and always write to the company concerned first. On this occasion, though, the evidence suggests that lessons have not been learned and I do not want others to have a time-wasting, money-wasting experience like mine. The reason I gave three stars rather than two is that my taps have been replaced - and I think Jordan wants to help These are not cowboys. But all those problems for such a basic job? Not recommended, I'm afraid. They need to take on board what I flagged up to them if they are to sustain the great reputation they have clearly earned from other customers.

Re-cementing lasted only 6 months!
At our commercial gym, we hired him in summer 2022 to re-concrete the flooring underneath our deadlift platform - as after 3 years it has began to crack.
He guaranteed the work, and was so confident he told us it would last 20 years!
At the time we were happy with the work that was carried out - but it's come to our attention that the whole area in which he concreted is in a dire state, only 6 months after the works being carried out! He is also refusing to uphold the guarantee and come to remedy the job despite these works being fully paid for, including a guarantee!

As you are aware of the pending court case against yourselves (Directors) regarding the outstanding debt (£9800) from an overdue invoice.
The guarantee is in place to protect both clients and businesses alike. LPS were not given the chance to investigate and/or rectify any issues as the agreed 24hour reporting procedure was not adhered to. Due to the guarantee procedure not being carried out correctly, the court case pending against yourselves and the still outstanding debt of £9800 owed, we have closed all dealings with the Directors and any affiliating companies.
Numerous attempts to contact you regarding the outstanding balance was unsuccessful, after two months of no contact and after us pursuing the courts, you finally reached out via email to try to settle the amount owed. At this point, you mentioned several issues which some had already been altered via external workman for both Regen London and Snap Fitness and then proceeded to request compensation.
After mentioning you would like to resolve the issue promptly and us coming to an agreement, it was still made difficult enough by yourself to negate a negotiation.
L P S take pride in helping our customers to the fullest extent, hence providing alternative solutions via payment plan for both Snap Fitness and Regen London on separate occasions. This was on the understanding that you at both of the companies aforementioned would adhere to the payment terms and guarantee as agreed before works.
Please see our guarantees below which can be found at the bottom of every invoice and in our previous communication:
London's Property Solutions Ltd (hereafter warrantor) will warrant against defects in workmanship for the installation of the works as follows: Commencing upon completion date for a period of 12 months for the installation of the parts/labour as well as any damage done to the interior due to improper installation. Contractor also agrees to furnish upon reasonable notice and at reasonable times for any warranty repairs to be completed.
CONDITIONS:
1. The owner shall notify the warrantor of any leak, defect, failure or deficiency, which is discovered by the owner within 24HRS of the discovery. If the leak, defect failure or deficiency is covered by this warranty, the warrantor shall then have the right to immediately inspect and repair the problem hereunder. If the leak, defect, failure or deficiency is not covered by this warranty, the warrantor shall have the right to immediately inspect and repair the problem with the owner’s written authorization and at the owner’s sole expense.
2. Payment as per terms of the contract shall constitute the sole consideration for this warranty. If the owner shall fail to make payment in accordance with the terms of the contract, this warranty shall be void and have no further effect.
EXCLUSIONS:
1. Damage to the bathroom, property, building, or contents caused by fire, settling, distortions or other failure of the building. Natural causes: including floods, subsidence of the property, extraordinary or unusual events and floods.
2. Damage caused by alteration, or any works taken place by any external contractors will void any warranty unless agreed by both parties.
3. We do not guarantee any blockages, smells, air locks, scale or human error.
4. There is no Implied Warranty of Merchant Ability or Fitness in connection with bathroom materials supplied by this contractor. This warranty shall not render this contractor liable in any respect, for any damage to this building, or any contents thereof for any loss, nor will contractor be held liable for incidental, special or consequential damages, direct or indirect of any nature to any person sustained from any cause due to negligence.
OTHER PROVISIONS:
1. No modifications of this warranty shall be effective unless in writing and approved by all parties.
Mirrors keep falling off the walls...
We used this company to re-paint and redecorate a gym that we had acquired.
Their prices were high but he allowed us to pay in instalments due to the fact our other company had hired & paid him for other jobs carried out - amounting to £20,000 +.
Problems at this gym started to arise however a month after the works were completed. First of all the electrical sockets on a stud wall that they had installed suddenly stopped working, causing huge disruption as that is where our reception is, and where the power for the exterior window shutters are plugged into.
Luckily we had an experienced electrician on site who had a look and concluded there were many things done against standard industry practices and actually made the installation more dangerous. This included no earth sleeves being installed and more.. This made sense as they had never provided any certificates for the "electrical works"
On top of that, mirrors began falling off the walls due to a very poor standard of fitting.
During the works being carried out - we insisted that a ledge or shelf be used underneath the mirrors as well as glue - to make sure they were stable. They refused and were adamant that his method would be safe and suitable for the large mirrors to stay on the walls for years. Unsurprisingly this was not the case. They barely used one tube of glue per mirror, despite invoicing us for 2 tubes for each mirror. And now, 4 months on from completion, we have had 4 mirrors just fall off the walls and crack - making our premium gym look very tacky.
We tried to negotiate a settlement for the rest of the payments with him to account for his poor work, but this didn't got successfully. Unfortunately, I anticipate many more mirrors to fall over the months before we see them in court for withholding his payments.

Excellent service
Used London’s property solutions as I needed flooring to be layed in my new flat, the whole process was smooth and the sales team were able to get me booked in fairly quickly. Great bathroom, boiler and handymen works done
I hired London's Premium Plumbers for some bathroom work and some handymen tasks around the home.
Jordan and his excellent carpenter Connor did a great job making very helpful suggestions along the way.
What I liked a lot was that the planning and communication was very good throughout.
Most importantly I was charged what was agreed as per the quote and the jobs finished in the stated time frame, which is not a given nowadays.
As I was very happy with the work, I gave them additional work and got a boiler issue fixed. The good thing is they have a big team for various jobs.
I will for sure use them in the future and can highly recommend them to others.
