If I could give negative stars I would. This is a total rip off. Looks nothing like the picture - terrible!!!

I ordered the thanksgiving quilted table center piece. The pictures were so pretty. But when I received it it was horrible. The colors were mo where near what was advertised. The colors were a group of different reds, like christmas with pumpkins. It is ugly. I sent pictures with a complete stating it wasn't what was advertised in colors and want a refund. I didn't get one. Was told due to the item not having any structure issues or size issues they will not refund. So anyone reading this needs to know they scam you with crap they pull out of left over materials to put together just to sell crap.

Poor Quality will not refund your money.The item is so flimsy not quilted like the advertisement on Facebook.Mislesding customers want corporate with returns they say they don't do returns and give you a refund.This company sucks.

If I could give a zero rating I would. This is the biggest ripoff. The product looks nothing like advertised. Shame on this company for shamming their customers. The price is not cheap but the product is just a flat piece of material that looks nothing like advertised on Facebook.

I was so excited to get it. What a farce

I feel like I was ripped off One More Time by a Chinese company. I ordered the golden pumpkin which is a 3D centerpiece. What I got was a piece of quilted material that was bound around the outside and looks more like a table mat. It was hardly worth the $40 I paid for it. See the attached pictures

I purchased quilted placemats. What I received was not at all what was advertised-the placemat was not as pictured in quilting (it was flat) or pattern or size (a dinner plate would not fit on this placemat).
Their return policy states nothing can be returned unless it is broken, etc., not that the customer is dissatisfied with the poor quality of the product.
No one should ever buy from this company. They falsely advertise & certainly do not stand behind the products the market & sell.

Ordered a Christmas tree skirt. The item arrived and it did not look like the web-site picture of the tree skirt. Sent my request to their support indicating I wanted to start the return process and I was told they only accept returns for the following:

So if you don’t like the product you are screwed. Reputable companies allow return for customer dissatisfaction. This item was purchased from Seamnest through Shop. Do not buy from this company.
