My experience in this dental practice was amazing from start to finish. I had a lot of treatment done by several of the specialists and I couldn't recommend them more.

I had an outstanding experience at Seapoint Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk team were friendly and efficient. All staff were fantastic. I had a checkup and a hygiene and am absolutely thrilled with my experience. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

Visited the clinic recently and had hygiene followed by the teeth whitening. It was excellent, no pain or sensitivity and there was a nurse with me in the whitening room during my treatment. I felt very comfortable and the whole experience was top class. Highly recommend. Both of my children also went through orthodontic treatment with Dr Jim and Rachael and the treatment was second to none.

I misrecorded my appointment date and didn’t show. A genuine mistake. Their reaction was deliberate. I had to pay a deposit to make a new appointment. I pointed out I was a good customer who spent literally thousands of euros in their clinic. To no avail. So I went ahead with the new appointment and after treatment told the dentist of my disappointment with their conduct. He basically shrugged his shoulders. I’ve waited to see if there would be a belated apology but no dice.
I won’t be back.

Went in for a consult with Dr. Vaidas and Gina. They were both amazing!

My experience at Seapoint dental was exceptional. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Chloe she was very patient and kind as I explained how nervous I was. I was extremely impressed how professional everyone was.

Everyone was so friendly and patient. Normally going to the dentist is a bit daunting for me but I felt so comfortable here!

Awful customer service and awful quality. Zero ownership or accountability by the clinic when I was dissatisfied. I had 4 composites done. One chipped after one week and another chipped 9 months later. These are supposed to last 5 years. When I complained I was told to go elsewhere by the owner Clodagh as the dentist that did my bonding no longer works at the clinic. Other experiences I had over the years was being double booked on arrival and told to come back another day by reception. Long waits in the waiting room. Being told I’d be contacted regarding a consult and not being contacted on two separate occasions. Arriving at the door to be told my dentist was not in work for the day, I was seen by another dentist for a consult that I paid for and when I went to book for the service they told me to come back in for another consult and tried to charge me again. When I complained about all of the above, the owner Cloadagh said ‘it seems we can’t satisfy your expectations and it’s best you go elsewhere’. They wouldn’t even repair my chipped tooth at Seapoint.

I’ve been to the Seapoint Clinic for regular hygienist appointments and always found them good. I decided to have orthodontic work done to improve my smile. First I had to see a periodontist, who established my gums were stable. However when I saw the orthodontist at the Seapoint Clinic she told me I wasn’t suitable for any treatment unless I had surgery on my jaw (!)
I sought a second opinion at a very well established orthodontist in the Northbrook Clinic and have just finished my treatment with him. Perfect smile. No surgery.
I’d recommend anyone seeking orthodontic work to check out other providers too.
