Seat Spy never notified me of my Renewal and just took the renewal off my card with no notification. All other companies send an email just before renewal to give you a chance to cancel. Seat Spy NEVER gave me this option so took the annual fee without notification. Totally poor service. BE AWARE of this

SeatSpy is a great company focused on assist their clients to be able to travel spending less.
Their customer service is impeccable.
I strongly recommend it!

This site has now helped me twice to get the seats that I wanted and it feels like the subscription cost for the site is nothing compared to saving from getting reward seats so leaving a review to say thanks.

This portal seams to be riddled with glitches and useless technology. I tried 5 times to get Whatsapp notifications but system freezes. I would avoid Premium and wasting your money. I contact their customer support 3 times and they were uselss

Nabbed some business flights on a highly competitive route at a busy time of year. Would've had no chance otherwise. Extremely easy to use. Highly recommend.

A beautifully integrated site for finding award seat availability with excellent, responsive customer support. Recent expansion includes many airlines other than BA, all graphically pleasing and concise. The alerts are particularly useful if you spend a little time setting them up. I was recently able to nab two F seats from the US West Coast to London, the only ones available in recent memory. SeatSpy's First Class plan is certainly worth the money if you wish to maximise your awards. Highly recommended.

I've been using this site for a while now and it's made a massive difference to finding flights to spend my Avios on. A quick response to a support request caused me to come here and leave a review.

Terrible site. Inaccurate and inconsistent. Simply doesn’t work. Emailed support multiple times and no reply. Just on a free trial for a couple of weeks with a view to going onto a paid plan, but will be cancelling this as it would just be a waste of money.

Excellent. Just used this to identify reward flight seats on Virgin Atlantic, always a gamble with reward seats as you’re up against other people who may get there first - I was lucky enough with my selections. Nothing decent is free so it is what it is.

I've been a member for a few months, and managed to upgrade 2 sets of flights to Business. Excellent product, accurate information and really useful receiving Whatsapp notifications of availability. From a very impressed customer.

i used to use reward flight finder, but this seems broken now. Also seat-spy has a lot more options/airlines and seems a little quicker than the previous app/website i used to subscribe to. the founders signup deal was excellent!

Terrible - and possibly a scam. No support; “real-time” alerts seem inconsistent. I was a first time user and paid for the First Class membership (ie the most expensive) and alerts seem all over the place; I reached out to customer support three times over three weeks and haven’t received a single reply for a very basic issue. Reported the company as fraud to my credit card company for undelivered services. This is how you don’t run a business. It’s a shame as I would have been a long term user if they had shown a bit of integrity towards me as a paying customer.

As seats were NEVER available, despite the web page saying they were, I cancelled my subscription completely.

This system is so outdated and false data seems to come up.
I guess it is just another way to get people to subscribe to a useless app.

Also note, there is no way to cancel/close your account when logged in. you need to send multiple emails to them and hope they repsond eventually.

Just a money maker. One free search? Really? Such a shame. I used to use this site and pay from time to time. Wouldn’t give them a penny now. They just got greedy.
