Сотрудничаем в сфере хостинга...
Сотрудничаем с этой командой в сфере хостинга.
Сняли большую нагрузку с серверов с помощью оптимизации сервисов(nginx,apache, php, mysql и т.д.).
Не раз докапывались до причины проблемы которая скрывалась глубоко в недрах системы и фиксили ее.(линукс)
Также полностью ведут нашу тех-поддержку клиентов(рус\укр\англ). Переписка с клиентом происходит всегда в вежливом тоне и технически грамотным языком.
Доволен сотрудничеством 10 из 10!

Быстрое решение проблем с сервером
Обращался к ребятам из Секом уже несколько раз. Каждый раз получал быстрый ответ, а главное решение проблемы! Цены вполне устраивают, ранее работал с админами с фриланса, то получалось вдвое дороже.
Секом сервис очень нравится, админы быстро выполняют работу и дают очень детальную консультацию.

Co-working with SeCom is the best decision we've made
We have our own technical support, but sometimes we faced the task that needs to be performed by gurus of system management. In these cases, we are contacting SeCom. SeCom is an excellent team of talented and professional admins. They do their job very well. We have seen such issues solving skills from none of the other outsource support (we have enough experience to compare).
Will I recommend SeCom? Of course, I will. It's the best option if you need a combination of affordable price and great skills.
