Very easy to work with, website appears to be flawless and user friendly. My standing orders are always delivered well packaged and in a timely manner. I believe the prices are slightly high as compared to the Big Box retailers, but not having to remember to go and get a replacement versus the slight increase in prices makes it all worthwhile. I benefit immensely by having home delivery versus retail shopping in a brick and motor.

Love the quality of products and am thrilled that they are not offering fridge filters! Using Second Nature is so easy and it makes one less thing I have to worry about.

I love Second Nature! I use a pretty rare size filter for my A/C and having them delivered reminds me when it’s time to change them out. So thankful and the price is better than what I had to special order from big box stores!

This is way better than going into a store and picking through the limited selection. I can get a custom size and 3 levels of filtering. It also serves as a reminder to change my filter when one arrives. Cant go wrong with this company.

Quality filters delivered every three months, so I don't have to think about when I need to change my system's filters. What is there not to like?

Always on time but their price has gone up and they did this with no prior announcement. Not sure it's a good bargain anymore but will do some research and see.

I love this product, I always had to worry about the store having my size and the kind I liked. They were always sold out and I would have to go way longer or pay way more for one they had in stock. Now I don’t have to worry at all..I get it monthly and it’s always ready to change out and I don’t have to store any in closet and waste room
