Just returned from Sudan, my first experience with Secret Compass - It was absolutely fantastic. The professionalism of the company is immediately obvious with the pre-trip information and advice. Our trip leader, Luca, was wonderful and worked tirelessly to ensure the health and security of our group.
The trip involved a 280km trek through the Bayuda Desert and the goal was achieved by the entire group. We also had time to visit some of the amazing sites in the country. The itinerary was well balanced and exciting.
I'm very much looking forward to further travels with Secret Compass and I would highly recommend them.

Once in a lifetime
We had an amazing time paddeling through the Lousiade Archipel in PNG. Both guides we had, have a really good knowledge of the region and know how to motivate a group even when the conditions are a little bit harder. We both never kayaked before and had no problems with the daily distances. It was a great experience, on the one hand because of the amazing and unreal nature and on the other hand because of the interesting interaction with the locals and the insights in their culture. The campsites where amazing and it’s hard to choose the best one. We literally camped in paradise every day. The food was amazing and way better than we expected „camping food“ to be. We would totally recommend this unique experience!

Having just returned from a phenomenal sea kayaking expedition to the Calvados Islands in Papua New Guinea, I would certainly recommend Secret Compass to anyone looking for an extraordinary trip to untouched corners of the world!
