This is a rogue page. I ordered a calendar package for the 14-year-old boy in October. NOK 1,500 has been withdrawn and no package received. Have also sent 3 emails without getting a single reply! Stay far away from this rogue company... Have a very disappointed teenager at home who was looking forward to this.
The labubu I purchased was completely fake. Bar code doesn’t match. Card doesn’t look real. Box is off colored. Pop mart logo red background is off colored. Do NOT purchase from this company! You will be pissed just like I am. Knew it was too good to be true.
Top notch service. Hit a bump in the road which was not their fault. Could not be happier with my items.

I ordered an item of clothing over a week ago and order has still not been fulfilled, messaged multiple time, no real answer given back. I also paid for first class delivery. Customer service is slow, just a chat bot, no contact numbers. I’m starting to think is this a scam site
Edit: After speaking to them the order will be fulfilled Monday which will be nearly 2 weeks.
