My goods arrived ahead of schedule (despite the current CoVid situation!)I received timely, accurate tracking information every step of the way. When I had an issue with not being able to purchase the shipping guarantee in time, the excellent customer care staff helped me out (thank you Nicole and Cathy for your quality, personal and professional service). comGateway will be my only choice from now on. Been using the service for a few months and it had been exceptional. The best thing is that they are super consistent, pictures of the shippings are sent as soon as they receive the items, the shipping and consolidation of parcels is efficient and relatively inexpensive. I find that one of the best things about this company is the staff, they are super helpful and friendly, when something goes wrong they really care to help customers versus just try and get them out of the way. Also a note of appreciation to everyone at the company for keeping serviced running smoothly even in such a difficult time.

Multiple times they wanted to charge me shipping weights much higher than what my shipment's actual shipping weight is.

I had to contact customer service about my shipment's shipping weight being stated much higher than what it actually should be. In these instances, they overcharged by a range of 0.5 kg - 1.5 kg on multiple occasions. The latest incident, they overcharged me by 1 kg. Luckily I noticed this before I paid and thought there is no way that shipment could be that heavy. When I contacted them, the agent told me the shipping weight is actually 2 kg although they assigned it to my account at 3 kg for payment and checkout.

Though the mistake was rectified quickly after I brought it up, it makes me question how much I have been overcharged over the years given I have made hundreds of shipments from them.

Been a loyal customer for years and it has generally been smooth sailing with my packages delivered with the preferred forwarder.

Unfortunately, they changed my address without informing me when one of my Amazon package was already on the way. Due to the virus it takes a while and apparently if it arrives in May, it will not be retrieved. Contacted Support and was told all customers were informed and that I lost the mail in Junk or whatever.

Come on, I've never failed to receive ANY communications from Comgateway mainly because I use it often and are waiting for vouchers or coupons that recently seem to have dried up. I'm willing to show that I did not receive the mailer if Comgateway bothers to check.

This experience was undesirable. Will start looking for alternatives if it doesn't improve.

Parcel arrived in good time. If shipping was cheaper, that would have been ideal.
