The booking was easy to make and good clear communication from the booking agent. Feedback from the transfer was excellent. Driver and supporting staff were very professional and caring.

assistance with transporting a patient
arrived as soon as they could and communicated reason for delay (road accident).
Offered to stay and facilitate return trip which had not been booked- which helped ensure the safety of our patient and team.
