Why is SEEK asking me to verify my DL when I don't need a DL for the job that I have applied for?

Confusing all the time

Getting the Education Qualification (from an Australian university!!) verified is absolutely hopeless. Despite having received my final graduation documents it won't be accepted, despite being issued through My Equals, a system basically any Australian university uses. Wasted so much time on this just to know I will likely be disadvantaged towards other applicants with an verified education. Unacceptable

Seek helped me to find perfect jobs according to my work experience and as well as my qualifications and this app is easy to access,easy to upload documents and so on.

Overall process on the platform is good. For new users if I had to mention anything based on my assessment my recommendation is that this platform should remind new users to add MFA 2FA Authentication for Cybersecurity purposes to protect the any user.

I'm tired of being asked to verify who I am. you already have my driver's licence information and from that you can determine that I am an NZ citizen. I'm not providing anything more as you already have access to sufficient information about me!

The camera on my phone never seems to satisfy your requirements, so I was unable to complete my verification. Also, I was unable to exit the app, and had to turn the phone off a couple of times before I could stop it.
I will stick to using the PC.
My phone is an Optus P500 with android 9

There are so many trouble in verifying credentials. Doesn't allow edit or delete credentials, not user friendly, 9 degiti code does not appear on seek pass app.

It keeps asking to verify my education which I have already done? Why does the seek pass still say verification for education still needed after it has been submitted?

Seek is a very complex system. It probably doesn't need to be. Could I suggest employing a tech savvy person to set up a user friendly website? It is still unclear to me what verifications are actually required to apply for the position. When I receive emails stating my Drivers licence isn;t clear enough after 3 attempts ( I could see it fine) there appeared to me to be no way of going back and choosing a different ID check. I received an email from a manager from ISC-CX stating to reply to her email should I need help. I did this but as yet haven't heard back. It was on 24th June, over a week ago, which in the job hunting field is a long time. Thank you, Sonya

Intrusive, Unnecessary. A waste of time. Get rid of it

I really shared my experience in my present company work is not only co workers still one team as a family to sharing all ideas like trouble shooting as one of welder fabricator not only can't do so many make me better as I can like metier, drilling, punching, bending, rolling and cutting heavy or lights materials, its make me feel good more experience I never hard before that's I need more challenge accepted and I work better as I can.

Seek pass is impossible. I have tried for hours every single day for the past 10days to apply for 1 job. Customer support is only through an email to some overseas company and can take over 24hrs to respond. I have been stuck in this frustrating circle of having to upload my drivers licence & birth certificate very time I log in. Their so called “support” keep informing me that my credentials have been verified and updated. Yet I log in to find it’s still asking to upload my drivers licence, even several days later! So the support is absolutely Fruitless!!
I still can’t get past “the right to work in Australia part”. I was born in nsw Australia and I still reside here. I don’t have a passport or a visa. I am still waiting for them to update my credentials as verified. This seek “pass” app is beyond frustration of going around in circles and not getting any results to get anywhere further. For my own mental health I am done with this continuous forever trying to get anywhere with them. Seems like you can only get a job on seek if you’re an overseas applicant that has all the credentials they require. Australians are ruled out of their equation!!!

Helpful input regarding employment applications

SEEK is proving to be invasive of my privacy by wanting Digital ID, verification of ID< Birth Certificates and everything else. this is a matter between an employer and employee at the time of offer and acceptance. I'm strongly considering deleting my account because of this bullshit.

I am trying to complete SEEK Pass Right to Work verification using my valid Australian passport, but it repeatedly says the passport cannot be verified.

My passport is current and valid. I have checked the details carefully and they match my SEEK profile.

Could you please manually review or advise how I can complete verification?
