Why is my drivers license not enough?
I have already shared my drivers license. But based on the presented benefits of having the digital ID - I felt forced to complete this digital pass. In the end it did not work with it's 2 options: Scan or go back. Lovingly lovingly, I couldn't get my phone to scan the QR code and therefore could not add the 9 number authentication number. Therefore, I kept going back and forth in an endless unsuccessful loop. Thankfully I've gone through this experience and grateful not to repeat it (again). And for all those people - who are obviously more tech savvy than me - well done!! Ok now I can laugh at myself!!

This is a terrible application and…
This is a terrible application and quite frankly an invasion of personal privacy.
The application should only supply contact information for the employer and that is it. Absolutely no information should be collected or required. That information should only be provided to the employer directly from the employee and not through a third party in any way whatsoever.
The old positions vacant section of the newspaper was far more effective and trustworthy. The application forces people to hand over information that they don’t want to just to even get access to the employment process.
It’s a disgrace and should be illegal in practice.

Garbage. Clumsy and intrusive. Potential cyber security issue. Why does seek need to do this? It feels like my info will be sold on by a third party. I switched it off.

Ease of use
Ease of use, printed confirmation of typed dates.
The problem I have with it is you can't add all of your licences. It gets to a point then doesn't give access to them. I'm one short because of this.

Great experience using SEEK Pass
Great experience using SEEK Pass. The process was quick, simple, and very professional. It made applying for jobs much easier, especially in construction. I liked how everything was organised and easy to share with employers. Highly recommend.

Proof for Digital ID
I wanted to prove my digital ID so that I could express my interest in a job but I don’t have a passport and I can’t drive because I have epilepsy so I don’t have a drivers license so I couldn’t do it. The customer service though is pretty good.

I do not trust this push for leveraging private details and what it means for privacy control. Seek Pass needs to do more to provide assurance about its methods and concerning why the practices are required, and what alternative practices will suffice using Seek services.
