Your system doesn’t allow qualifications from past educational standards. Eg vet qualifications did not exist when I studied. We did diplomas. Not some rubbish tafe course. Furthermore, additional overseas degrees need to be verified apparently with photos etc. Again biased against qualifications gained many decades ago. Some learning centres don’t exist anymore, like my high school or university I attended in Amsterdam. Copies have been lost over the years and cannot be replicated. It seems your website is geared to exclude gen x and older

Drivers licence verification done over one month ago and I keep getting asked to verify it again then photos are blurred resubmit photos again starting to feel like a scam to get personal details ( Take 2 iam very satisfied with the response from seek pass addressing my concerns and have changed my rating accordingly 🍻)

I am a quantitative geneticist with over 25 years of global experience applying genomic science to livestock, forest trees, and crops. After earning my Ph.D. in animal breeding from the University of New England, I led genomic selection programs at Pfizer Animal Genetics, Monsanto and NZ Forest Research Institute. Since 2017, I have been a Senior Research Scientist at Agriculture Victoria and, currently, a Senior Quantitative Geneticist at Qingyuan Seeds, where I design and deploy genomic selection workflows for hybrid maize, soybean, canola, lentil, and chickpea. My expertise spans QTL mapping, large-scale imputation, multi-trait desired-gain indices, genotype-by-environment interaction modelling, and regulatory statistics for transgenic dossiers. Across species, I have delivered decision tools that routinely double prediction accuracy, shorten breeding cycles by 30–50 %, and preserve long-term genetic diversity.

The seek pass only accepts work email…
The seek pass only accepts work email addresses for your career history check.
When you work in a private domestic environment like I do, and have done both here and overseas for 20 years, a company email address is not needed.
I deal with companies world wide who accept a personal email address for correspondence.
The system makes me feel like a failure or that my work isn't recognised or appreciated simply because it's not linked to a company.

Reluctant to provide personal information
asking for the most private information nowadays to be stored electronically is very disappointing and flirting with danger. There are no guaranties that my personal details will not be hacked and used criminally.
Not providing them is the safest option.
SEEK should review its policy on this.
