I was offered a job through this…
I was offered a job through this company and I was super excited!! It’s medical, sales and work from home. However, it was a scam. They sent me $6000 to set up asked for money back(typical scam) I tried to contact the company several times to speak to someone and never got a reply. This is a scam!!! BEWARE!!

I would recommend seer medical for at home eeg. They make sure everything is well and when the camera isn’t working they call you so they can fix the problem. When I got connected the technician was extremely helpful and explained everything so I understood.

My Seer Experience
Picking up the gear and getting fitted out went fine, although it was a two trip from home and another two hours back again, for one without a car. What didn’t work so well was returning the gear. I was told I needed an appointment and that removal would take an hour. The appointment offered was 9am, which meant booking transport and dealing with traffic. When I arrived there was no appointment, my case was taken and I was told to go home and remove the gear from my head myself! Then I had to wait an hour for my transport to return, and another two hours to get home. Into the shower and very keen to get the gear off my head, but for one living alone this was not easy. Damaged the skin on my head in a few places, nothing serious, but very annoying ☹️

Seer Medical is a great service
Seer tests and at home EEGs are a great idea. Very helpful knowledge staff. Hope they find a new location on the Sunshine Coast soon.

Great experience
Great guy who set me up with system. Friendly and informative. Very knowledgeable about how the system worked and very clear in instructions.

Seer Medical-
The lovely person putting on the monitoring was very friendly and made me feel very relaxed throughout the process. During the 4 days of monitoring I had to contact Seer Medical to have a couple of questions and every person I spoke to was so helpful. In return if the monitoring the lady at Seer Medical was once again so nice and helpful. I wish I knew her name but unfortunately I can’t remember.

I cannot give 5 stars as my Bug went flat 2 days before I finished my program. So I sent it back then. I found it easy to use and the instructions were clear. No bother to use for a lady over 75,

Service from start is friendly and they…
Service from start is friendly and they answer all our questions. When send home with all gear, seer keep us up to date if things were going wrong and telling my husband how to fill up the caps . We can’t find fault with service and follow up. And good service with reports going to my doctors.
