Do not use this company
£475 of standing charges for a bill of £11 for Gas used!!! and this is legal. They are not interested in small businesses but only communicate this once you have contacted them. Poor communication for change of ownership & out of contract pricing with ridiculously high charges. This should not be allowed, shame on these companies.

Been happily under contract for the past 5 years, letter received this week to say we are too small and to go elsewhere as they will not be renewing our contract.

Imran, who looks after our company account, provides great customer service, and always replies to emails promptly.
They display patience / are happy to work with us in terms of when payments to them can be scheduled by us. Very helpful.
