Sega & Sports Interactive - Football Manager 24

I've noticed that Sports Interactive doesn't have a Trustpilot page, so my review will take place here. I've sent a few emails to Sports Interactive regarding how poor Football Manager 24 is. They've rudely never responded to my emails. It's an absolutely shocking game and a complete rip off to customers. We should all get our money back, I'd say the game is of that poor a standard. My tactics are very simple in this game, even footballers of the lowest intelligence would be able to understand and work with what I've instructed in the game. I play with a very aggressive attacking 442 Gegenpressing (customised) tactic. I've used for this many years of playing FM. In the console version of FM23, I won a ridiculous amount of trophies at all levels with this tactic, very exciting football. In FM24, I find the game to be totally unrealistic. The game AI can't seem to grasp the basic understanding of aggressive pressing, winning back possession and then counter attacking with goals at the end of it. I've noticed very few highlights are happening, when there should be loads with the teams that I'm managing, completely dominating teams. This just isn't the case. The players keep losing possession often. 1-3 weeks, we'll win consistently, in the next breath, we'll lose consistently and sometimes with unrealistic heavy defeats. The transfer system is almost impossible to get decent players in. Even then, no matter what I do, double intensive training levels with the players etc, they just don't get it. I've spent most of my time throwing the water bottle at half and full time at the end of each match because the simple and basic mentality of every game needs to be won wasn't being understood. I don't play Football Manager to lose games. I've put a lot of dedicated hours into this game. Playing PC games should be a fun and enjoyable experience. Yes, it should be challenging, but I can't work with the impossible. This has left with me with a deflated feeling. I hope that FM 26 will be up to standard, especially with FM25 being cancelled last year. I'm very unhappy with my FM24 gaming experience.

no attempts to reply to ticket inquiries after having contacted for customer support numerous times.

appears that they don't care about user input and will treat you as a disposable pawn on their platform.

doesn't take user input nor concerns seriously and doesn't address nor resolve any permanent bans from within accounts, and they always say it is to "help the platform be a better place for the entire community". and that it was a difficult decision to make and that they don't like removing content. but the way customers are treated seems to suggest they love removing content & censoring & surpressing free speech all over the moderation forums.

they deserve a high-class action lawsuit.

Sonic Mania is great!

It's sonic and it's 2D. Any gamer of a certain age will know what they're getting here and it's like a breath of fresh air. Platforming at its purest with none of the gimicks of the 3D games. Some new stages, some that are very familiar, all of it fantastic.
I'd highly recommend this to all gamers who want a blast from the past. And I think this is essential for anyone who is a fan of the blue blur.

Sega is an awesome game in the world because I am a huge fan of Sonic the Hedgehog. My favorite Sonic game of all time is Sonic Unleashed because it is interesting that Sonic can transform into a Werehog at night. When I have fun with Sonic the Werehog, I enjoy combatting enemies. My favorite Sonic characters are Sonic, Shadow, Amy, and Rouge.

It is beyond belief how disrespectful and disgusting your services at SEGA are!

AGAIN! disappointing to have not received an update regarding my complaint which was created by your services at SEGA!

Can you ensure that a Formal Complaint has been logged regarding this issue and update me with a Reference Number as your previous response was terrible and unprofessional.

You FAILED to acknowledge and apologise for your mistake which has put me at a severe detriment!

Your company can't even be bothered to claim your own Trustpilot site.

I look forward to hearing from your Brand Protection Manager.

Absolutely disgusting!

Sega is awsome

Sega made my 2011 year the BEST aka (The best game of all time) Sonic Generations bro the 3D models and the 2D renders man older years were the best and with mods for the PC Version best game in my opinion

Also, This goes to sega all your games are great.

Didn't say clear enough that my parcel won't be delivered until October becuase of an items release date. They refunded me with no attempt to send the other parcels. Being as I paid £6 for delivery I thought I'd get some kind of notification. This was for my sisters 21st birthday and it's now too late for me to get her anything. Will not be buying of this site again.

I hate SEGA.

SEGA sucks, all of the characters in my game have been replaced by Mario characters. I used to love SEGA (that's a lie by the way), Nintendo is better, SEGA = mid, literal lean is better than you, you cost 401 dark elixir. By the way, Hog Rider looks better than your CEO. He He Hu! He He He Haw!

OMG!

This has been the worst costumer service of my life.(read the respons from SEGA)
2020.09.10 i made an order thru CDON.com it says 1-3 business days for delivery, safe to say i havent recived it yet. Not going to go in to details about that but i asked CDON to send it to a different location or refund me since im no longer in the city where its suposed to be delivered and this is the response from SEGA!

Thank you very much for your message. Can you please explain the customer that he cannot have the money back as the item is ready for pick up? I do not have patience to explain such basic things to customers. I think it is quite easy to figure out if you use the brain properly that nobody will give you money if you still have access to the goods. I really do not know what happened to such people, did they get sick or something? Why would they get the money back if the parcel is waiting for them at pick up? I once had a customer in Denmark on CDON who said that there is an expression for "Swedish arrogance at its best". Maybe, the customer falls under this.

Enough for now. Please tell the customer that he needs to apply for a refund once the item has been sent back.
