I have rented an apartment at 1 Port Street, which is managed by Select Residential.

Although the letting process was tedious involving lots of documentation but the letting executive Annie Davies-Graves was pleasant and forthcoming, remaining available on her WhatsApp and helped make the correct selection of our apartment. She made the renting experience smooth.

All staff working at the concierge are polite and friendly, especially Tiff Alex, and Thomas are always willing to listen and act.

I faced some problems initially in the apartment, for which I had to get in touch with Anna Jeffries, the property manager. She stood out exceptionally for her personal qualities. She was courteous and gracious, listening attentively with an attitude to make sure that matters were reported to the concerned people ASAP. She remained approachable on her WhatsApp until issues were sorted. It is very reassuring to have such an empathetic and conscientious property manager who is always willing to help.

I look forward to my living at 1 Port Street and feel quite secure with some really decent people to serve you.

Waste of a company . Wish i was not with them .
Can not contact them : no one answers phone or replies to email . Left apartment empty , so lost months of rent.

They are unreachable, I called them every single day and sent over 20 emails and messages, never have a letting teams member to contact me

Anthony was fantastic throughout our search for a new flat. Anthony was excellent throughout the whole letting process. Communication was always quick and clear, and he made everything very straightforward. When another flat fell through, he quickly found us a new one and helped keep the process moving smoothly.

The referencing checks were simple and easy to complete, and overall the experience was great from start to finish. Thank you to Chiara as well for handling the check in process on move in day and making everything easy for us.

First of all you get a snake oil salesperson.
You get to see pictures and videos of the potential new property.
Reference Checklist takes the proverbial though.
They ask too many questions, and you have to submit too many documents.
They turned me down, even though I offered to pay 6 months rent upfront.
Ah well, another company has already received my rent.
I went to look at the tower blocks, uHaus looks like Berlin during the Cold War.
My new rental property has got a lot more style and character.
No sales percentage for the salesperson from Select Residential.

Excellent service. We were extremely pushed for time and Manny was able to help us get a viewing for our property and move in a week later. The service provided by Select Residential, and Manny specifically, made everything very clear and easy for us and was massively appreciated. Would highly recommend Manny as a letting agent.

A highlight, and why I'm making this review, is my interaction with Anna from property management team.

I had a huge emergency recently, which required understanding and quick action. I tried contacting multiple times and each time I got a professional, but distant answer.

When I reached Anna she listened to my problem, provided me with options and went an extra mile to to help me out.

Couple highlights:
- after a long phone call, Anna sent an email which gave an overview of the conversation and accurately represented my situation.
- Anna then proceeded to contact me directly via WhatsApp and went an extra way to give me updates multiple times a day.
- Anna provided me not just with the standard recommendations, but also went out of her way to provide alternative routes.

The team are amazing!!! My second review ever!! Started with Emilia, then Manny and of course Catherine who was ever present. I will not go into detail, however they were patient, professional and super friendly. Partner and I gave them enough obstacles and they handled each one with ease and efficiency. Catherine, the property manager was absolutely amazing. She helped me with everything I could possible think of, and was there to support me till I received my flat. She made things extremely easy and always thought of alternative options to help me with my process. Could not have asked for a better manager !

From the start of our enquiry on our flat to signing the papers, our letting agent Manny was nothing less than amazing. As first time renters Manny made the process very easy. Specifically when dealing with our referencing, Manny dealt with the external referencing team to speed the process up and less stressful for us as tenants.
