This is the third time I’ve sent across jewellery to Kev and it’s always been such a smooth transaction. This time Royal Mail was quite slow with delivering the postal pack but as soon as I made Kev aware of this, he sent one out 24 hour tracked as a matter of urgency and I received it the next day. You really can’t get any better than that!! It saddens me to see some negative reviews about this amazing service when delivery times are down to Royal Mail NOT Kev! It’s an amazing service and I am always over the moon with the service and payment. Payment is always so quick. Thank you Kev for yet another amazing transaction. I sent my cutlery to be valued, they said it was silver plated and would return it. They posted it to the wrong address so I never received it. I have e mailed then numerous times with no reply. So would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional.

I have severe doubts that this is a credible company.
I sent items of silver and gold to them in August and the problem has still not been resolved or any advice or help given by them.
Apparently the envelope went missing from the mail depot and this is now a police matter.
Getting any update or someone to talk to about compensation for the items sent is impossible.
I had a reply to my original email but have not had a reply or any acknowledgment at all from my latest communication.There is no phone number to actually speak to someone!
I do think the whole set up is a scam and is not to be trusted.
If it is a police matter surely it is sorted now after a month plus.
Please be aware of the problems I am having and the fact they have not even had the manners to reply to me.

I wouldn’t recommend Sell Silver for Cash purely on poor customer service. Sent some silver and gold, didn’t receive any email confirmation. I contacted them 3 times over a 2 week period with no response (they don’t give a phone number). Finally they contacted me saying they had text me the price but the text never went through, weird as it was the correct number!!! Why didn’t they resend it if it hadn’t gone through? I spent 2 weeks trying to find out where my items were. There must be better companies out there without being such a headache.

Edit: Nothing wrong with my number and it was not incorrect (according to the screenshot you sent). I have received messages before and after you alleged you tried 12 times! Didn’t occur to you to send an email or ring the number? I emailed you 3 times over an 10 day period with no reply, so you are not really telling the truth are you! Again, poor customer service.

Fantastic service. Feel like I need to leave a review as I have been pleasantly surprised how easy the experience was.
I had some silver trinkets to sell, requested a free postage bag. That arrived within 2-3 days. I simply posted off the items, had a message within 48 hours that the items had been recieved but as it was the Friday before bank holiday there would be a little delay in processing them.
On the Monday I had a very good offer, I accepted and the money was in my account straight away.
