The process was easy and the response was prompt. The offer was more than I expected and the money was transferred to my account within an hour of my acceptance.

Having found this company during an online search I completed the application form, as stated I received the pack very promptly, followed the posting instructions and sent off my unwanted items. I then received an email to confirm receipt of the package and in spite of today being a bank holiday was sent a text with the valuation. This I was very happy to accept as I felt it was very fair and within an hour had received the funds.
