This is one of the best products I have ever bought. My daughter wanted a way to watch her dance recital videos and I found this through a Google search. It is just awesome! So many way to use it! Will definitely buy more.

I would absolutely recommend Sendheirloom. The product works great. Recently my mother received this product as a gift from her grandchildren, but misplaced the charging cable. I emailed them simply for the information on the type of cable they used, so I could replace it. Instead they emailed me back immediately offering to replace it for free. Within a week they had sent me 2 free charging cables, and my mom was able to rewatch her memories on the device.

I had purchased a book for my grandson’s first year taking lots of time with my selection of photos. Once I was happy with all my pictures I submitted the book for processing. As soon as had hit the submit button I remembered that I did not add a back ground song. I was disappointed that I missed this special feature to make my book that much more special.

I received an email from Randee confirming my order and the length of the book as well as asking if I would like to add some background music.

So not only did Randee offer this option after I submitted the book she helped me through the process of selecting just the right music until I was happy.

The purchase process was simple and easy, shipping had a hiccup but the company responded well and quickly to correct the issue. When the product arrived I was blown away, yes you get to see a preview of your product when you’re making it but it doesn’t come close to actually opening that box and seeing your book. And bonus points… it comes with a charging cord! I used this as a memory for my mom of the last dance she had with my dad before he passed away. She has no idea I have the recording and I cannot wait to give it her. When creating your order you are able to mute the video audio and upload another song as well. I was able to upload their wedding song so she could always have a wedding dance with my dad. Thank you heirloom for delivering such a beautiful gift to my doorstep.

I bought this off of GMA for a friends daughter who is having a baby boy 7-24..I was not sure how this whole thing worked and wanted the book sent to me for the baby shower so ended up calling Heirloom and spoke with Randee who's family started all this and went thru everything with me how to get the book sent to me and how the parents once they get it can call them to get the pics loaded if they need to. She was very nice and i put a cute note on the inside of the book. It is a very differant idea instead of the usual gifts..Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to seeing the new parents record there pics.

The website is very clear, easy to navigate and user friendly. I was nervous adding music, but that was easy also! I did have to call customer service with one question. They answered the phone right away and walked me through my issue. Not only that, but they gave me tips on how to update the book in the future, add more songs, etc. GREAT customer service. I would recommend this company so you can build a memory book that will be so meaningful to the recipient.
