This was SO simple to use! Customer service was great... I had troubles with different formats of "selfie" videos from our family, and they were so helpful, helping me to upload to their website (even though I didn't purchase it directly from their website)! Their website converted everything to work with the book. From that point on, it was a breeze. You can even add music!

We put together a video book for my in-law's 64th wedding anniversary, with messages from the whole family. My mother-in-law is suffering from Alzheimer's and sometimes forgets family members. She pulls this out regularly and watches it! The perfect gift when you want to be there and re-assure/ground them, but can't...

All around great experience. Super easy to use software, easy communication with the company and love that the book is still editable once received (and wasn’t that challenging for me to figure out how to do this). I wanted to hire someone to make me a book because I don’t feel capable of creating but this was a perfect option for me. Excited to give the book as a gift in the next few days!!

I received an heirloom book an appreciation gift from our staff and it was the most meaningful gift I've ever gotten! Hearing people's kind words and seeing the love in their faces is a priceless gift that I will always treasure. I loved it so much I wanted to do the same for a co-worker, and I'm glad I did! The options are endless. I had a little trouble (user error) getting my video from my device to the book, but with a little help we got it done! I called the customer service number and a (real) very nice member of the Heirloom team walked me through the process! She was a joyous as I was when we got it done. It's a beautiful project.

I highly recommend this company. I wanted to make a last minute change to my order and within hours responded to my request and made the changes immediately. No extra cost involved, they really are professional and are committed to satisfying the customer. I will be going through them more often the next time I want to send something meaningful to someone I care about.

It is a great product. Easy to follow instructions. I found it very easy to load the photos and videos. Most of all very easy to use - great sound and video quality. Great Grandparents were able to see their great grand daughter's milestone activities and they now have a wonderful keepsake. I did have a problem with one of the books I purchased and their customer service was excellent . I will definitely purchase more and highly recommend them to my family and friends!

A beautiful way to capture an experience

This was a beautiful was to capture a bucket list trip with my Dad. The process was easy to add videos and photos to create one seamless recap of our trip.

The customer service was excellent, I had a quick question and was able to get everything resolved.

These books are amazing. I have used them to showcase custom songs and life photos/videos clips for family. Everyone loves how it opens like a card and plays music with home videos. It it nice to record messages and stories. It comes with a charger and shows when the battery runs low. The website is easy to use and user friendly. Customer service is the best. I just love love love this product.

My 93-year old Mom has experienced the year-long required isolation to keep her healthy. With no technology skills she was unable to see her three great-grandsons play and grow, until my Heirloom Video Book arrived.
