Order placed and paid for, no delivery and no communication

I placed and paid for an order on April 2, 2026. To date, I have not received the product.

After my initial inquiry, I received one response on April 9. Since then, all further communication has been ignored. Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered, and there has been no update on shipping, no explanation, and no refund.

This level of service is far below acceptable standards. A company should at the very least communicate transparently if there is an issue with an order.

At this point, I will formally request either shipment or a full refund and will proceed with further steps very soon due to the lack of response.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Terrible customer service policies

Ordered a Midi Maestra as a gift for a family member. Bag did not fit her small laptop well at all. Contacted Senreve customer service to exchange it for the larger regular Maestra and was told "sorry, the Midi was a Final Sale and we don't accept exchanges." Mind you, I was not asking for refund, I was asking for an exchange for a bag that was 3x the cost of what I originally bought. Their lack of willingness to provide customer service to resolve this issue is why I would not suggest doing business with them.

Beware if you post a negative review and if you are buying imperfect bags

Beware if you post a negative review. They either delete or won't post it. I read a negative review for their Handbag Revival (Perfectly Imperfect) bags and now it's gone. I also posted a negative review for a recently purchased Perfectly Imperfect bag and it was never posted. I purchased the Mini Maestra and it came with two different color shades for the body and strap. The negative review I read from another buyer was more severe. Her zipper was defective and broke with only a couple of uses. Not good! The imperfect bags are still expensive for being defective. They should at least list what is wrong with the bags. Very disappointed at this company.

I would give no star if i could!
They sell used products labelled as “gently handled”, no returns accepted and they ghost you per email.
In EU that is unlawful, you have the option to return any online product without stating a reason. They don't care and rip people off selling damaged products. All reviews on their page are from influencers paid to leave the reviews.

Der schlimmste und schlechteste Kundenservice überhaupt!
Sie halten sich überhaupt nicht an EU Rechte obwohl sie in die EU verkaufen.
Der Kundenservice meldet sich überhaupt nicht.

This is so disappointing

It’s my second time buying from them and the first time was fine ,but now it’s horrible

I have ordered a bag and 2 wallets on December 8th as a present for Christmas
And after placing the order I was informed that one wallet in chosen color is not available 😳. They offered me to take other color or other item but I didn’t like those options so I asked to ship wallet later when it’s in stock or to get a refund for it.
This was on December 13th. No update since!!!!

So unprofessional and disappointing

Tried sending them emails - no reply, sending messages through their website and it’s glitching and can’t be sent ….

I bought three bags from them

I bought three bags from them. Mini Maestra, Midi Maestra and Alunna. The bags arrived quickly, well packaged, the quality is very high, I used them for work bags, not a single scratch, everything is high quality, and I am sure I will buy from them again

BUYER BEWARE. Horrible customer service

BUYER BEWARE. This company's customer service has really gone down hill recently. I own two bags from Senreve - one Maestra and one Aria. Recently, I reached out about replacing the strap on my Maestra bag which they do for $95 + shipping + tax, and it has taken 2 months from my first outreach to getting the replacement strap. Cheng from client services is SLOW to respond and take forever reviewing the details of my request. After 2 months, they sent me the WRONG COLOR strap. I made sure to confirm with them the color they're shipping but a totally different color arrived. After telling them they made a mistake, they are now requesting that I first return the incorrect strap before they're willing to ship the correct one...adding even more delay to this ordeal.

This is not what you would expect from a luxury brand. I am never buying another Senreve. Not worth the money or the customer service headache.

refund issue

I purchased the mini barrel bag in pebbled cream gold on November 22, 2022 (Order #116483), received it on November 28th, and returned it on November 29th because it was way too small. I then purchased the larger barrel bag in pebbled chestnut gold on November 28th (Order #117842). According to Senreve's email, their warehouse received my returned items on December 2nd. According to their policy, it stated that "We’ll refund you shortly after we process your return. It may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution." I sent them an email on December 16th, asking why I still haven't received my refund in my account after 10 business days. I contacted their customer concierge team 5 times, but they completely ignored my emails and until now I still haven't received a single reply from them. I am getting the silent treatment. I have now requested PayPal to help me collect the refund from Senreve. Senreve has horrible customer service. This was the first time I made the purchase, and it will be the last time I will ever purchase from them again, not because of the product but the terrible customer service. They received my returned items but somehow have not issued me a refund. I have been charged for the items that I no longer own. This is not an ethical way of conducting business.

DO NOT BUY THIS BAG!

SOOOO DISAPPOINTED! Bought a Vegan Bag from the Handbag Revival Sale and it is not a VEGAN bag, bad advertising. It is PU and not at all sustainable at all! Customer service was so poor, no returns were allowed even if it arrived faulty! Saw so many influencers being gifted this bag and even with Sarah Michelle Gellar as an ambassador, I thought why not try. What a waste of $500!
