I first ordered 3 toothbrushes, but I wrote the wrong address. I got help correcting it, but the toothbrushes were already sent back. I wanted a refund.

I then ordered 3 more because there was a discussion about whether I would get my money back. So I paid 14 euros for 6 toothbrushes, and they responded and tried to help, but I still haven’t received either the toothbrushes or the money.

66% of reviews cannot really be wrong can they? 72% now my review has been added.
I sent an email to this company expressing my disappointment with this product which so far they have ignored.
I also posted a negative review on their website which was pending but has now disappeared.
Basically all the negative reviews on trustpilot hit the nail on the head in that the adds are misleading and the product is a cheap piece of Chinese tack worth about 5 dollars not the £21 they charge.
Do not waste your money.

Avoid. These items come from china. They offer free delivery, they do not suggest the items come from china and will take up to 1 month to arrive! Also the items are of very poor quality and the website is misleading. My stupid fault for thinking the items would be decent, but in essence you are paying for the courier from china rather than the items themselves. AVOID!

Products are shipped from China - takes a while to arrive in Australia.

Delayed responses from customer service. I ordered two products as gifts - both boxes arrived damaged. I emailed the company seeking a refund. Eventually heard back, stating they would ship replacement stock and to "allow them time to make arrangements" and they would let me know when the new order was shipped.

I followed up when I hadn't heard back in over a week. Received a response 3 days later to say I need to understand it's not practical from them to replace both items and they offered to refund the cost of one item.

I am still left with two damaged boxes that I cannot give as a gift.

Avoid, it's in China. Delivery took nearly 2 weeks. If I had known it was China would not have ordered

My daughter is very happy with the sensory toothbrush. It’s already helping her brush more thoroughly! The team were also very helpful with tracking enquiries. I would recommend for the lovely service. Thank you!

Same experience as previous poster. Say they have a no questions asked refund policy and then put all sorts of nonsensical delay tactics in place. I finally got a return label from them and now they’re claiming to not have received the parcel, despite the tracking history showing it was delivered. I hope they’re not trading while insolvent but I will be contacting Consumer Affairs. A really low act to pray on parents of kids with disabilities and then put them through this.

I have asked for a return /refund and they asked for a photograph of the product they sent . A soft fidget ball . I explained that I was hoping for a harder one for my daughter and they keep sending emails saying customer service is important to them but no offer of a return option . They say 14 day no questions refund . I think they are not legitimate website
