Nannies eagerness bought it for a 16 month old
My daughter loves the unit and the Australian voice is lovely to hear. I was a little premature as my grandson is only 17 months. We found the cards a little more flimsy than expected, so we will need to support Henry for a while longe.r

I accidentally ordered two of the same items and ending up emailing the support team to amend and partially refund my order. Item did take longer than expected to…
Item did take longer than expected to show up, and when it did, packaging was quite damaged. However, the product works well and my kids love it. Customer service were also great handling my concerns over the process, professional and followed up with the courier.

The magnetic blocks were expensive but…
The magnetic blocks were expensive but well liked by children. The projector also my granddaughter loved for the variety of slides,however packaging was poor and although box broken goods were ok but not how you want to give a gift especially at over $70.

Great customer service
Initially received item that didn’t work. Customer service was very efficient and quick to respond to messages. Received replacement quicker than received first item. Aussie Mate is a very good product that I would recommend to parents who wish to work on speech development with their children. It’s great that the accent is Australian which removes any confusion.

Spectacular
Friendly, prompt and switched on SensorytoysAustralia is to be honoured for this product in particular. Audible flashcard learning device.
Before my 4 grandbabys 4.5, 2.5,2.5 and 10 months had a go I tested out and was completely blown away. Fun, educational and compact.. I had a lovely time :-)
Miss 4.5 gets different experiences out of the cards than twin 2.5s and miss 10 months another different experience but all joyous.

Ordered an item an item (MagTrack Pro - Magnetic Electric Railway Builder ) from Sensory Toys which broke after one use. The train is not working so the item is completely useless.
I informed the seller numerous times via their online email service but no response.
It’s worth noting this item was shipped directly from China and the only way to engage this seller is via online email, no contact number.
I will provide an update if / when the seller reaches out failing which I will decide in next steps to resolve this.

0 Stars! Absolute Rubbish
I purchased the ‘Aussie’ card reader after my 2 year old has been using one I bought off Temu for $20. Her language is developing very quickly, so I wanted to ‘upgrade’ her card-reader with an Australian accent. This product is a rip off - having started with the Temu product I can tell you it is no different, in fact it seems even worse - it needs an old charger not even a USB-C. The Australian accents are fine but when it comes to the music, it’s the same as the Temu card reader and the alphabet song is incorrect and jumbled - another reason we were upgrading the Temu reader, only to get the same jumbled American Alphabet song in product far more expensive. A really disappointing purchase and absolutely not worth the money. 0 stars. Also, I tried to leave this review on their website but it hasn’t gone live - on closer look out of nearly 400 reviews they don’t allow any to go live under 4 stars! Order 222210.
