When I placed my original order
When I placed my original order, it was never received however this was down to the delivery company and NOT Sensum. When it was sent out again, I arranged to collect from a pick up point and everything went smoothly. Great product and yes I will reorder.

Wrong size delivered but Sensum quickly rectified
I ordered two 1000ml and received two 500ml. Robert from Sensum quickly rectified this for me, sending out the right size, thank you, I really appreciate the effort you went too, happy to shop with sensum again. Definitely recommend the defusers, this is my second order, they smell divine 🥰

No scent
The signature scent refill I got in my order doesn't smell of anything. Wasn't like the one I bought before, so I'm disappointed and will probably not buy again. Shame 😭

3 attempts at delivery first went missing second arrived smashed 3rd finally arrived nearly a month later customer services was ok to start then just never answered 🙈🙈 won’t be ordering again

I bought two sensum diffusers last…
I bought two sensum diffusers last Christmas for myself and my daughter, we both loved thm and the scents I bought were beautiful.
Unfortunately both of the diffusers began to flake and peel off.
I emailed the company and sent proof and the company immediately dealt with the problem and replaced both diffusers.

I had a problem with my diffuser with…
I had a problem with my diffuser with the outside coating peeling off. I contacted through email and Robert emailed me back saying he would replace it for me. He couldn’t be any nicer goes above and beyond to fix any problems. I’m just waiting for it to be sent out and replaced. I order all the time as the scents and room sprays are amazing.

Fabulous product but customer service is non existent absolutely shocking. No reply at all when emailed or WhatsApp messages them. Poor communication
