Rubbish & faulty EMS Foot Massager. Sernoir don’t reply to emails.
Same as other people. Cheap rubbish, one side not working, emailed them 3 times, nothing. Looks like £35 down the drain. Gutted. Don’t buy is my recommendation. 😡

If I could I would have given 0 stars. I have contacted them twice about my order of foot massager and they have completely ignored my emails. Don’t order from this company as there are sites which are a lot cheaper.

Conned by reviews on its own website, I paid £36 for a product which arrived in damaged packaging and doesn’t work. The response was to return it to an address in the USA at my own cost. My second email has not been replied to.
