I am using sericin plus skin care line for over a year now and I’m loving my results I’m so happy with my skin and feel so much better with my self.
Highly recommend.

My wife was the victim of a slick sales pitch. The salesperson saw that she had bag from a competitor (which cost ~$200) and the salesperson said that she could give my wife a much better deal. Unknown to my wife the deal included other products for a total of $2,700. My wife used ApplePay and didn't see the receipt till she got back to her hotel. By then it is too late as this place does not take refunds - which is the hallmark of many fly-by-night companies.

My experience with sericin was incredible. I am loving all silk products for my sensitive skin.i tried so many products but this is really good.

I have been using this line for 3 months and see great improvement in my facial skin. Purchased in HI and looking forwards for more

An absolute SCAM. Call your credit card ASAP.

On 19 Nov at the Venetian Hotel location I was lured into the store with the promise of a free eye cream sample. The woman seated me and invited a man to show me a cream. The set up was such that with him standing in front of me I had no easy access to the exit.

He applied the cream then lied saying there was a medical conference and that was why they reduced the price over $1000 on the cream. This felt like a lie so I said I’d think about it and tried to leave. He blocked my way and with my back to the door and him towering in front of me (this is how they intentionally set up the chair) I started to feel unsafe. He started to get progressively abrasive in his style and in what I can only call a fight or flight state of mind, I confirm the new price and informed him fine, fine I will buy the cream. He rings me up and I leave, but I am still not feeling comfortable and so I look at my receipt and notice he charged an extra $11 (and this is the first time I see anything saying no returns/exchanges, which is printed on the receipt). I shore up my courage and go back to talk with him. I inform him that he overcharged me. This time instead of having an aggressive attitude he had the attitude of someone who couldn’t be bothered with me. He told me that he said $199 not $189. This was a lie (and he charged me $200 anyway). Then he dismissively says well what’s $10? So not wishing to be cornered again, I said “whatever” and left. As I did I thought what kind of brand treats their customers like this, so I googled them. I saw stories like mine and worse. Many even said that the product shown them and the one sold them was not the same. I looked at my product and sure enough I paid $200 for junk. It was not what was tested on me. I promptly called my credit card company and am disputing the charge as fraud, which after hearing my story thank goodness they agree with.

So a tip, if you were scammed, report them to the BBB, but more importantly have your credit card company dispute the charge.

This company and its people need to be formally investigate.

SCAM!!! Total Scam... DO NOT BUY!!! Works for a few minutes in store that's why they rush. Once you purchase the product, what they give in the bottle is NOT the same! NO Returns either! Horrible!

Today 10/30/22 my boyfriend and I were shopping in the Mall of Georgia in Buford GA 30519 as we were on our way to our designated store we were stopped by a employee of Sericin with a French accent giving out samples. I took the sample and as we were leaving the employee practically dragged us into the store even though we clearly said no thank you. She then proceeded to try products on both mine and my partners arm. Once she was done she asked what products we would like we both exclaimed that we both already had skin care products that we use and that we were once again not interested. That did NOT stop the women from continuing to hand us stuff and talking to my partner instead of both of us. As we got up to leave she took all of the products she had been trying to sell us and rang them up at the exit. We told her that we were once again not interested and she would not take no for an answer. Once my partner had finally given up because it was clear the employee was not letting us leave until we purchased something he swiped his credit card and paid. It was not until AFTER the fact that she proceeded to tell us there would be no returning of ANY items. This is 100% absolutely ridiculous! We ended up spending $200 on products WE DID NOT WANT!! The fact that we tried to leave multiple times and was not allowed to until the purchase was finalized is completely ridiculous and uncalled for.

I got pulled into the Sericin+ store at the Venetian in Las Vegas. The salesman applied the eye cream to my under eye and it worked immediately. Purchased the product for $99 because he cut me a deal and took it home. Upon my first usage it became abundantly clear that I was scammed. The product that I brought home IS NOT the same product that they used to lure me in at The Venetian. Zero tightening effect, circles and wrinkles remained. I contacted the company directly and they’re ignoring me. Buyer beware.

I was at the Flamingo in Vegas when I passed by the shop. I was shown The intensive eye lift micro cream. I knew it was only going be temporary, but the effect I felt was instant. I bought the facial peel, moisturizer, micro cream, and the reviving eye cream. I wanted to sign up for the facial that she offered but time did not permit. I have been home two weeks and use these religiously. I’m only 44, but I’ve been through some things. I love all of these products! Yes, they are a bit expensive. You have to know when a product is good it’s going to cost a bit more. That’s like walking into a Botox appoinment wanting a cheap version! I am pretty healthy and drink a decent amount of water, I take care of myself. But these products have made my recent struggles so much less. I’m in love, I will spend the money!! I went on the website once I got home, the package she sold me was wicked cheaper than if I had gone online! I’m still going to go online and buy the facial cleanser. I am legit in love!

Me and my husband were visiting for our anniversary and got pulled in at the Venetian next to Tao. We got the eye treatment which left our eyes regenerated for 3 days. We also ended up getting a red light device with a big package. All around it was 5 thousand but totally worth it and will save us money in the long run. The tall fabulous gay guy that works there gave us a great experience. We are looking forward to see the results in a year!!

Completely scammed today at the Palazzo Las Vegas. I can not even believe they allow this store to operate. I was in a hurry to a trade show and this insanely pushy woman insisted I try a sample; I said I had to go but she said “it’s two minutes, just take a sample.” She proceeds to sit me down in a chair and put something under my eyes. I was under the impression she was giving me a sample to go. She starts packaging it up and going to the register. I never ever agreed to buy it. I was confused because she promised me a sample. She takes my credit card and bangs me for $975. I was in shock. The cream made my eyes look worse - even more crepey and dry. It stings so bad. Makeup can’t go over it. I look at the receipt and it says no returns??? Only a terrible product that’s a complete scam would do that. Good, legit brands WANT the customer to be happy and refund them fully if they’re not. When you’re a scam operation you won’t refund people because you have ZERO product integrity and know that customers will be unhappy. This woman was a total con artist. I am in absolute SHOCK that Palazzo allows these skeezy, sleazy, hustlers to operate in the shoppes. I would guess they won’t be there long. I’m furious I’m stuck with this crap product that irritates my skin and is creating red flakiness and irritation. Seems like so many people on here have had a similar awful experience. I will be researching this further and seeing what kind of consumer protections can be put in place to prevent more people from getting roped into this con.

My favorite part about visiting Sericin at the Venetian in Las Vegas was that they mocked me for not wanting to spend $3,000 for skin cream. It was great.

I was visiting the Venetian in Vegas and a saleslady insisted I try the eyelift treatment for the bags under my eyes. I was with my wife and she did not want to wait so I said you have 60 seconds to do one eye so I could see the difference. It actually took 2 minutes. The bags under my left eye disappeared and were gone for 5 days!...almost went back to get the other eye done but did not because I really do not care what I look like...but the stuff does work for those that do.

So while in Vegas my sister Jackie bought us some Sericin+ skincare products. I am so happy with the results so far. Due to my scleroderma as you all know or may not know my skin is hardening, thickening and changing, which is causing lots of damage to my skin. This stuff has moisturized and faded my scars and blemishes on my face so much. I have used so many different products in the past and nothing has worked like this. I am one very happy lady!!! Kinda wish I could post a picture so you could see what I'm talking about.
