Waste of time and money. Aggressive sales staff in Waikiki. Face exploded into hives after use and company WOULD NOT REFUND let alone the manager was a coward And wouldn’t come up to the counter after the 3rd visit to the store asking for a refund. Do NOT BUY!!!! Keep walking.

The eye lift is absolutely aaaaamazing, I couldn’t believe the difference!!!! I been using Sericin Plus for the past 6 months and I m absolutely addicted to you it!!!!

BE AWARE , THIS IS A SCAM, The products that they use in the stores as samples, are not the productos that they send you home with! Report this company to Federal Trade Commission. Misleading, rude, pushy sales people.

I have been trying so many products but nothing works, sericin plus makes the the difference for me, I love the result great prices for awesome products with big supply, I got it at planet Hollywood mall at Yevs Paris. The guys there were so nice and kind , Thank you so much!

I bought it at Yves Chantre Paris store. I guess it's inside Planet Hollywood mall in Las Vegas. Rep was very kind at the beginning, offered just a sample, and said "I know you are not going to buy it, I'm just showing you the product. Then all of a sudden started being pushy and a bit rude. Anyway I decided to give it a shot. Despite his pushy/rude attitude, I just thought I will return it later in case I change my mind. Guess what? There is no refund on any of this product and I found out when I read the receipt!!!!!
So I decided to use it!! I honestly want this serum to work, I have used it twice. I will give it a try and update my rate if it's worth it. Lesson I learn with this unknown stores!! Always ask are refunds allowed?

This whole line is a scam sad how there ripping people off I could of spent my 1,300 more wisely fs

Disappointed!! Do not recommend buying this product. First off, suckered in to buying product at a dental convention after trying intense facelift cream. Saw instant results, but now probably was too good to be true. Products went home with definitely not the same as sampled. I honestly feel product is not worth anyone’s money. I would’ve rather spend the money I did on a Korean originated product like Atomy. I wish I had reviewed product line before investing into it...BIG MISTAKE!!

After a clerical error in shipping, the customer service team quickly and graciously recovered the error and met all expectations.Very pleased
