The experience using the Sericin Plus website was a little clunky, and it didn't immediately recognize my account or the discount code I entered. The order went through eventually, though.

I bought the collagen set a month ago, apparently it was just released cause I hadn't seen it before. I first bought Sericin products last year when I saw them at a convention in Scottsdale as a gift for my mother but they didnt have any products specifically for collagen boosting, recently however when I visited the site to reorder the vitamin c for myself I saw that they must've just released a pink set that focuses on collagen so I HAD to get it, and I must say I thought I was crazy when I saw results in the first few days of using it! I bought it for my mother but I ended up keeping it for myself, I was going to give her the Serum but I'll admit it certainly works a lot better when you do the whole regiment as opposed to any one of the 3 in the set individually. The creams smell great and the packaging looks very high end. Along with my order I was gifted a very nice subtle hand lotion as well, and I will definitely be purchasing several of those as gifts for the family. I love that it doesnt leave that oily resiny feeling I get from most lotions, it absorbs very well and lasts all day! Thus far I have no complaints. 👍🏻

I over-reacted when I reached home after a trip, during which I purchased a Sericin product. The container was broken, contents gone. This could be an innocent mistake. My angry call to vendor was politely handled. Replacement was offered. Complete replacement of product and gift of body cream received in record time. TX you!

OMG! I feel so ripped off by salesperson (Natalie) of this product whose receipt lists this website. The products that she sold me caused damage to my skin--hives and rash. I cannot use the products for fear of more serious adverse reactions. The light device seems to be an outdated model rather than the current model on the website. Please be careful before purchasing anything from this merchant--I'm out more than $3,000 with products that are unsafe for me to use and the merchant will not issue a refund.

I have been using these great products for 3 weeks now. My son gave me the eye cream, day cream, and a serum and I have been using them and see major improvements in how my skin looks and feel. I plan to get more next month when I need more.

Do NOT buy from this brand. I purchased their Face Peeling Gel from a mall and the retailer did not mention that there is no refund. Logically, there should be if it's not opened. I tried reaching Sericin+ and OCEANE Customer Service for days, but no reply. I feel so mad and sad for wasting a lot of money that I could've used in a better way such as rent or at least purchasing a much better product that ACTUALLY works and doesn't BURN my face.

I bought it three weeks ago at beauty fair in Düsseldorf germany.
The seller promisssed a controlled dosage of Sericin+ Intensive Eye-Lift Micro Cream with powerpul results. He promissed that the serum will be work on for two years (!). I didn`t wear my glasses and saw only at home, that the volume is 12 ml. The cartridge did not work, I have had to take the product out of the original shell. Now three weeks later it is nearly empty. I payed 300 €. I am verry disappointed about the relationsship between price, volume and not persistently result.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not be fooled by the gimmick. Satisfaction Guarantee is a lie. I bought the Intensive Eye-Lift Micro cream and Lifting & stretching serum at the FIBO 2019 in Cologne, Germany this weekend. I did not receive the invoice emailed as promised but more importantly, I used the tiny amount of product as instructed and had an allergic reaction. My eyes & face swelled up the next morning. I have sent an email to customer service. Their chatbot was eager to help when I landed on the site, however, when I explained the situation requesting a refund, they were conveniently unavailable. For the claimed 'luxury high-end' product, they have poor, non-existent customer service, which would only lead me to believe that they are a scam. If you see this brand anywhere - trade shows, malls - RUN AWAY.

I received a free sample of the Sericinplus at a Home Show last weekend (3/17/19). I tried it this morning and I fell in love. I don’t know that I can afford more, but I’m going to try to save my pennies. I know, I know, I’ve only used it once, but I swear, but my face feels so happy. I want to know what a month of this feels like! Thanks for the experience! XO

Just bought this as a gift for my wife and she has been using it for few days only but already see stunning results. My mother told me about the store at a local mall and I will be going there to get their entire collection because shes happy and says her skin already feels hydrated.

I think it's a great product , as long as you don't pay more than full price somewhere ...but instead get a deal online.. I bought the lifting and stretching serum for only $55. Be smart with your hard earned money! You don't have to pay 100% markup to see results, do some digging.

I've been using the reviving eye cream for about a week now.. I still have fine lines around my eyes. BUT I have seen a difference, and it's actually pretty dramatic. Within just a couple of days, the dark circles under my eyes were noticeably better. The skin around my eyes is firmer and brighter. I just don't look as tired anymore. I'm actually excited to see what results are in store for the next few weeks. I have very sensitive skin, especially around my eyes. I have to be very careful of applying too much of any eye cream, or it burns. I've been using this very sparingly, a tiny amount is enough for both eyes so this container should let a good long time. I love that this eye cream absorbs so quickly! It's not greasy or sticky and there's no scent that I've noticed. It doesn't feel heavy around my eyes.
