Bought for husband to replace worn out boots. Serious Country Sports had these on sale, so were a fair price at the time. Rang to see if could order 2 sizes to make sure got the right fit. Order received very quickly and very well packaged. Boots were very comfortable. Returned the unwanted size the next day, and refund processed within a few days of posting them back. Very pleased with service, would recommend Serious Country Sports, and will use again.

Excellent service. Originally got size M in Hoggs of Fife shirts but the collars were too big. When I returned them the money was immediately refunded. I got great help and assistance from Amy before I reordered size S which is perfect fit.

I ordered a pair of denim means size 36 waist 31 leg and received a pair with that size tag on but the jeans are much larger .I am very disapointed .
